It's impressive how they are consistently getting into good spots in zone. Raven has done a great job drilling this playstyle into the team even though Hal has been complaining about it.

After close examination, It appears Hal closed the door in the last game. Evan has his que out, and Reps likely didn’t close it due to being on MNK, also, Hal was trying to reload when he turned around, meaning he did hit the door prompt at least once.

Wrong watched in .25 speed he reloaded before the door closed a pro player wouldn't reload 3 times as 2 times would be faster then it would take for him to turn to the door
In my entirety of playing the game I haven't reloaded more then a few times more then once it's simply just not a button you accidentally press twice unles your panicking or sweating hard
Even if you are right the probability of him not doing it is more then 80%
Not to mention a pro player would notice they reloaded 2 times and wouldn't blame there tm8s after

Hey man great session, if I could ask about something, looking at that Game 3 in the 2nd session with the antenna final circle. Do you guys talk about (as a strat not in game chat) using Cat walls (and other utilities I guess) as a deterrent for fights? I feel like in that situation you guys need to be first to Cat wall but instead of walling to split the teams, you split yourself from the fight momentarily and create a situation where the other teams can only really see/fight each other. A wall going from that left corner of the wall going upwards that splits the map close (I would place it in a more right direction, leaning towards that top team but also so that it doesn't allow them to be too close to it and use it themselves. I don't think it's a perfect play by any means, and would require timing + reactionary ults from yourself & Reps as a means to prevent/dictate where you want your opponents to be. I just think in this situation it makes the teams more likely to push each other than you guys. Just my 2 cents. If it doesn't make sense I apologise, I just think strategies that play on psychology and how people will react to what you do is slightly underused in the pro scene. Good luck and if you read this, hopefully its not the most stupid of takes hahah

I am not sure when the deterrent is up but it is up to the high ground team to full commit to the team below. The cat wall lasts only 30 seconds while the Final ring closes for 2minutes. If the high ground team doesn't full commit to low ground while the deterrent is up, both teams can stay alive while tsm don't have LOS on both of them. Thus, no value from the cat wall. I think they would have killed the low ground team if the cat wall covered los from height. Then get more space against the high ground team. They have to create value from their cat wall because zone closes forever. I like your thoughts tho. Comment if you think otherwise.
@@choseungmin4498 Thanks for replying! Great thoughts! I 100% agree on the timing and speculative nature of it. It’s a tough spot to be in. I think from my perspective, I’m trying to look at how they could win overall there not just kill the team low ground. I think even if they win the fight against low ground they get aped anyway due to low health/no shields. The way I would try and play it would be to try and use that momentary field advantage to push down that team from height as they have to leave earlier than low due to where the ring was pulling. Million percent with you on creating value with it though, wherever it goes it needs to create the best opportunity to either win the fight or hold ground. Really appreciate the reply btw

The boys have fallen behind this meta but Ik it’s all part of the plan since TSM won the last lan since they were the most comfortable before the meta shift, I would suggest putting a big back in the team since the meta is so catalyst heavy and it can force the cat team to slow down, just don’t play caustic if u ain’t playing Maggie…maybe Newcastle, Maggie, bangawhore? Hal knows how op horizon tac is but he also states that it’s so situational some times and Bangalore replacing would give the whole team a lot more synergy with the comp

Although i still see them playing horizon for a bit longer. Maybe after the london lan they'll start experimenting with other comps.
horizon Q is op when you are up against casuals because they cant hit you but when you are in comp you are basically free kp because you have no cover in the air and everybody will beam you if you are there for too long. Chaoticmuch is a great example of this. They cant use bang effectively because Hal would have to stop abusing AA and play on MnK. imo i think if they can utilize their nuke called verhulst a bit more they would be solid with this comp.
Shooting a deathbox while your being shot at by a third party should be grounds for being removed from future scrims. I don't know who runs these events but if I understand correctly scrims are supposed to be practice for the real deal. That team who killed TSM had opportunity to escape and rat but decided to troll instead.

if you watch enough tsm you would know reps actually wins most his 1v1s but these are 3v3s and hal and verhulst are animals. Reps also has really high game sense IQ. You don't accidently win lan with a bad teammate.
