Truely., if you just listen to what Global Force Wrestling could have been { and forget about the Gold tier investment fuck up, and take Jeff Jarrett face off of it . Smells a hell of a lot like Aew. I think Matt Cardona (Zack Ryder) recently trademarked “Internet Championship”, though I’m not sure of the specifics or reach of that particular trademark. But I’m guessing that may have had an influence on landing on “Digital Media”
Would love more TNA/IMPACT vids. Especially covering some of the lesser documented but equally as batshit crazy stories from 2000s TNA
They only do IMPACT videos when they want to make fun of it.

@@ronnie3044 I watched TNA through good and bad years, I'm still watching as true TNA/ IMPACT supporter. All that stuff happed a decade ago and it's irrelevant to who they are now. New management have busting their butts to get that negative stench off the company. This is only company people will ridicule and crucify for their past. This isn't 2010, it's 2021 stop using whatever happened several years ago as an excuse to bash the company. WWE has a history too and people still watch.

It’s so good to see so many TNA originals back home. Can’t wait for the TNA reunion show when they get round to doing it again. Would love to see a new face of IMPACT vs TNA originals PPV card especially for the x division- bey, trey, Austin, Alexander vs Shelley, sabin, Daniels, Kaz

Despite the "legacy" of that very convoluted championship... It was a very good looking belt.
I really liked that design.
The TV Title was well designed but poorly booked. In image alone, it could have been some company's world title.
Honestly I enjoy when wrestling promotions have 3 Tiers of Championships, feels like it gives every a championship to aim for which honestly in kayfabe should be every wrestlers goal, though yes the name is dumb, idk why they didnt just call it the Impact Digital Championship, sounds a lot nicer and still fits the mo

It's a better name than nwa TV title, while they don't even have a TV deal, and or exclusive to youtube...
I like the fact that the X Division Championship is a mid grade title but it's almost a major title to hold cause if you hold it going into BFG you can turn it in for a shot at the World Title which is a nice turning point for those not necessarily built for

I always saw the X Division belt as the secondary title and every other title they created was an attempt to find a good tertiary title. Impact has been consistently good for the last few years now tho but not enough people are watching. It's nice to see them try something different. I just wish they would give Moose a REAL World title run or let him loose to AEW.

I thought the US and TV titles were WCWs secondary titles.
The Cruiserweights were a different weight division but still world champions like in boxing.

AJ Styles vs Doug Williams for the TV Title was one of the best match in TNA/Impact that year

Without TNA impacts pardon the pun here impact on women's wrestling we wouldn't have women's wrestling the way it is today they were trendsetters on that. And then as far as the exhibition goes it started the high octane wrestling style getting really popular which is what companies like aew have found it they're wrestling style on without TNA impact I don't think we would have aew and we wouldn't have the women's revolution
The 1000% need another secondary belt. The X-Div title isn't enough. They have a lot of guys who don't wrestle the fast paced, high flying style that people want form the X-Div but also aren't ready for the world title scene. Ex. Fallah, Jake Something, Cardona, Morrisey, Doering. I think they just should have brought back the Grand Championship without the round system. So I'm glad they made a new belt. I like the look. I just hate the name. I don't like the name "Internet Champion". It also doesn't fit because they said it would be defended on Impact TV. I think a better name would be the "Multimedia Championship".

Jay lethal was the Best TV tittle champion
I liked the king of the mountain name. If you are going to have that match at slamiversary every year then having that belt defended there guaranteed would boost any wrestlers in that match so long as the put in a good performance, and that belt would be relevant at least once per year. Sort of like having the IC title ladder match at mania every year would help boost that. There was a lot to do with it that they failed to capitalize on. the new belt looks ok and we'll see where they go with the DM championship. Here's hoping it gets a better start than some other belts have gotten

World Heavyweight - top guys
United States Heavyweight - guys being groomed for a potential world championship run
Cruiserweight - the guys who were small, agile and consistently put on great opening matches to get the crowd pumped
WWE
World Heavyweight - top guys
Intercontinental - work horses who were trusted to put on great matches
European - guys who were putting on good matches, were reliable, but not what WWE thought of as top tier
ECW
World Heavyweight - top guys
TV - guys who were reliable workhorses who could put on great matches for every TV show
FTW - because Taz is awesome and stuff
Each of the big three promotions in the 90s had three quality championships, with the lower two usually being for workhorses who could put on great matches so they could have something to strive for, and the top belt being something every wrestler should want to earn.
That is how it should be. And upper, mid, and lower card belt.
for the digital media championship, we will see how its treated when the first champion is crowned and ya they really should of called it the internet title but as for the design of it i do kinda like it, its not the best its definetly like a 6/10 or 7/10 just for the design cause i cause they did kinda try to make it look like what many think a motherboard or a piece of tech looks like
They'll rebrand it as either the Digital Champion or even the DMC TItle before long. It's just a bit of a mouthful

Should we not just say both the Legeds/Global/TV/KOTM and Digital Media Championships are TERTIARY titles in the TNA History Books rather than secondary? I mean X Division is secondary by default anyway like Tom said right? That's what we've all long accepted even if TNA/Impact apparently took longer to do so themselves?

I LOVED the design of the Legend’s title. The rules for it should’ve been simple. To challenge for it, one has had to have been a recognized world champion in any major promotion.
The championship designs in the TNA era of Impact Wrestling looks light years better than their current designs.

To be fair about the name of the Global Championship being similar to the World Championship, it's not really any different from WWE having an Intercontinental title and a World title.
Intercontinental was named for their old North American title being merged with the South American Heavyweight Championship, after a fictional tournament.

Impact has consistently put on the best PPVs over the last 3 years. Unfortunately their awful production and lack of a UK tv deal really let them down in the anthem era

You can tell the Grand Championship belt was supposed to be the new world title because the label on the belt that says GRAND does not match the CHAMPION part of the belt. They just stuck a sticker that said GRAND over the part that said WORLD.
if you name the championship based on its shape, would be know as the "Impact Wrestling Cauliflower Championship".

What's really sad about this is that both the Legends Championship and the Global Championship were really good ideas. In theory. A title that all your big name legends can fight over, leaving the world title free for younger home grown talent? Brilliant. A belt thats designed to be defended places other than America, that can open the door for stars from around the world to come and fight on your brand? (Honestly, AEW could do wonders with a Global Championship). But, much liked Charmed, if it sounds like a good idea, TNA will find someway to make it stupid. And I LIKED TNA!

TNA Beer Title could have just been used as a design for the TNA World Tag Team Titles with Beer Money Incorporated revealing their Tag Team Titles to the TNA crowd and fans,TNA Legends Title should have been a status title being given to Hall Of Famers of wrestling mostly being the National Wrestling Alliance and Total NonStop Action Wrestling.TNA Global Title would be created to be the equivalent to the Intercontinental Title and United States Title,The TV Title should have been created for TNA to be its equivalent to both the ECW World TV Title and WCW World TV Title with the title be an exclusive to TNA,The King Of The Mountain should have been the equivalent to the King Of The Ring,The Grand Title should have been used to be given to winners of the TNA Grand Slam,X Division Title should have been the Cruiserweight Title of TNA,Digital Media Title should be used as a belt for Social Media with TNA matches being broadcasted on Instagram,FaceBook,and CZcams.
The Digital Media Championship isn't the secondary championship of the promotion.
