No other GP does different intros for the drivers,this was stupid and unnecessary. Of all the good changes that Liberty Media has brought to the sport,doing this Nascar style intro was not one of them.

I know it sounds odd but yea, it happens often in situations such as this-the announcement being made on loudspeakers but feedback also coming through on live tv audience. I guess you can say them not preparing for that possibility is something else that went wrong tho lol. I still liked the concept of the intros tho. It does bring a different excitement that the other races don’t provide.
I will never cease to laugh at some of those pronunciations "Boat-as", "Kee-vee-aye", "Ree-Kay-ardo" and "Oh-cone' being among the funniest. I cant help but love what the American accent does to some things!
