Step Up Our Game: Spring Rush 1 On 1 Training Day

Spring Rush is a busy time for most individuals in the home service industry. Training can be especially difficult when attempting to keep up with client demand. Being a smaller company, I found a difficult to train in bulk only, while trying to keep up with work. Instead I cycle all new employees through a two day one on one training with myself in addition to their bulk classroom style training. Today’s video shows a bit of the things I work on, look at and encourage my new hires to do.
