@@MowMoney2020 I’m building my transport business and my small landscaping at the same time. Rough.. but not impossible.
Priceless knowledge pray your channel to grow and your business continue to prosper 🙏🏾
My Gawd!!! ✊🏾💪🏾💯 I receive it G! Thank you for speaking life and stopping through the channel
started my Mowing and Hedging trimming, gardening business in South Australia. How can I find customers , I am facing difficulty in getting customers. Pls help
Great question… Let’s keep it simple Customers have to be reached… Know what clients YOU want & how many this will give you a measuring stick and focus for obtaining that goal… we do this by marketing… some have resources($) … some have no money for it. I had no $ when I started So I used Microsoft word to create a flyer template and asked my mother to copy flyers for me at her job…. Than I passed them out door to door for about a week 5 hours a day total of 1500 in neighborhoods I wanted to service. By the next week I had gained my first 20-30 clients. I noticed a pattern after passing out about 500, I gained 1 new client for every 50 I passed out. So I took my goal of 30 new client and passed out 1500 flyers to reach that goal. It was a numbers game not a skilled salesman game😉 Use the internet… Facebook business pages are free and google business sites are “ at least here in states” Photo and post your work on all your socials and web pages or websites. Last tip Do a “NO Brainer” An offer that requires no thought for the client. Example I did 5$ cuts for all new clients who contacted me in the first 15 days of spring rush. No strings attached. I knew if I got a shot at displaying my work and meeting those clients, discussing additional services, they’d be more inclined to sign up with me seasonally.
@@MowMoney2020 Great advice mate. I will try for door to door Flyer delivery for now and will see. Thanks man
Happy that you including God in this. Respect
Any success I’ve achieved, is because of Him💯💪🏾
Very sound advice. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you, I’m humbled to get this type of response from the community.
That’s a plus for sure
Its a good idea when a customer still wants you to cut after rain. To warn the customer about the possibility of ruts. I hated to see this happen to companies. I was in the business for 15 years. Not as an owner but a supervisor.
That’s excellent advice G. Thank you for helping the culture out. I’m going to remember that advice for myself for sure, especially since we do tend to cut after, and in many cases, during rain. 💪🏾
Awesome 😎💪🏾
Things happen sometimes. At least you can fix the yard yourself though.
Yes sir! We got it Back together!
Great advice brother
Thank you 🙏🏾.
This a great vid! Plenty of useful information.
Thank you 🙏🏾, very grateful to hear your thoughts💯💪🏾
I needed to hear that last one @MowMoneyMindset. I’ve struggled with looking at other larger companies and comparing myself to them. If you not careful you’ll begin to feel insecure and start operating your business from that place of defeat.
Just apart of being on your way to greater G! I went through it myself ✊🏾💪🏾💯
Man, having your own shop must be the best feeling, congrats dude! I'm up to 80 lawns this season, hope to keep growing so I can get my own space. Too bad property up in Canada is through the roof.
Thank you G! Spent 4 first years working out the home garage, so I’m very humbled and grateful. Growth sucks cash so, the new overhead is an adjustment. 80 clients is big business brother, you acquired that many clients, you will acquire the ability to grab your own space before you know it G💯 ✊🏾🫵🏾
@@MowMoney2020 Growth definitely sucks cash, but it always pays off! Thanks so much dog, I look forward to seeing more videos this season!

😂 I think that guy your talking about name is manny Galloway.
🫠you done dropped my man’s govt online 🤣
It’s been over 10 years, do you also cut the dentist office on Cleveland Avenue?
Small world…smaller Columbus, Crazy thing is I was hired in place of the last company and they didn’t tell him…and didn’t tell me they hadn’t spoke to him either …so he rolled up on me out there “strongly” one day, but we managed the conversation. I honestly thought you might be him for a second🤣. I was going to tell you I don’t want no smoke 🤣💨 🚭no friction
Awesome work, thanks for the info and video ✌️✌️
Awesome work..
Much love G💯 thank you! 🙏🏾
I use to cut those 3 houses and Gahanna in the circle years ago what a coincidence. It used to be a African doctor that lived there. Also it was one more house I use to cut on the street
No 🧢! It’s true one is a dentist I think the other is a professor at OSU, and the other I do in the street is a lawyer, all in Gahanna. How long ago were you cutting them? I’ve had them for about 4 - 5 years now.
I believe his name was Dr. Beard
Yup I also remember the lawyer
3 out of the 4 my company is dealing with today. This is all great info. Thanks for sharing...✌🏾

My new 72 lazer Z van guard can cut 7.5 acres in 2.5 hours. I have a 15 acre property that’s $1,600 a cut. Equipment is the key. Get the nice equipment before you get the nice truck.
