I Destroyed This Clients Yard Mowing After Heavy Rain!

Today, I went out and mowed two days after flood rains. everything was fine until it wasn't. The bobcat got stuck in soft turf and destroyed the clients yard getting out. Im going to lay out my corrective course of action and let you in on exactly how we will recover from this situation.

Its a good idea when a customer still wants you to cut after rain. To warn the customer about the possibility of ruts. I hated to see this happen to companies. I was in the business for 15 years. Not as an owner but a supervisor.
