- Mowing large commercial clients alone can be overwhelming. In this video I'm mowing a 6 acre warehouse solo. Mastering solo operating on large lots is all about doing the best with that you have. I dont mean equipment only, but also your brain. Try new ideas, improve your process and break things into manageable sections. I normally employ a crew of 4 but today it fell on my shoulders alone. So I had to make adjustments and reach into my bag of experience to get a full service detail across 2 compounds completed in roughly 6 hours.
This is not a detailed step by step walkthrough. However, I do lay out some simple practical strategies and principles you can apply on your large contracts.
