It lacks warmth, character and the historical context. The colours are usually similar ie mostly black and white or off- white. Too much metal or metallic look too. Such decor ends up making a property look like a very expensive but rather sterile looking hotel, rather than a home.

This is a leasehold property.....rather buy a freehold
