For £4 million, it should have a swimming pool, a pool table, a bowling alley and a cinema inside.
It’s £4 million bro not £14 million or £40 million. How long have you been hiding in your cave? It’s no longer the 1980s or 90s, £4 million is not really a much much money anymore.
Just type in £4,000,000 home and you'll see places that shit on this it's just because london prices have risen like 10 times higher since the 60s when compared to the rest of the UK
literally ask anyone who owns a house or even rents near London, there's hundreds of flats in Central listed for around the same as this house and dirty little semi detached houses for over £500,000
EVEN THOUGH!! you could get a lovely house for that, less than an hours drive from central 🤣🤣🤣 I guess driving in London is so bad that they'd rather spend multiple millions on a moldy shit box then on a lovely house with it's own space.
😂😂😂 YOU TOOK THE WORDS RIGHT OUT OF MY MOUTH
Agree
Kitchen like a garage.
Looks like a premier inn
Love this one !
What is the yearly cost of maintaining such a property?
Lovely property!
For this money, I would prefer the converted Church in Torquai, Devon!
Weird how up north that would cost about 600k tops
Some of the layouts remind of 5 star hotel. It seems to have a masculine decor feel to it, but with comfort.
LOVE❤
Pity they couldn’t take a bit of room off that kitchen for the lounge
There's a home in this video?
She said it’s Hertfordshire but correct me if I’m wrong but I thought Northwood was in Middlesex next to Ruislip 😂
STUNNING🎉
Wow. Such a nice home to live 😍
I don’t like it, and for that price it should have a pool
Been looking at properties in the London Region but as long as the two-faced liar Ghangis Khan is the Mayor I will forgo it
What an amazing home and a gorgeous presenter to represent the house tour. Love the furnishings and the interiors. A potential home for my family one day.
It's modern, clean and expensive. It's also cold, sterile and completely lacks character. No thanks. You can have a home that's modern, warm and inviting...for less money.
😂this a joke??
Definitely not in London. Northwood is in Middlesex.
£400,000 in stoke if that
And you actually get space to walk round the side of it not hugging the overpriced house next to you
It's not in London, just outside London; besides even if this home was in London £4,000,000 isn't much for a house in London, considering that 1 bed flats can cost up to 5,000,000 in areas like Chelsea.
Northwood is nasty, and for this cash you can get a literal country manor with acres of land, outbuildings etc. It’s a personal choice but I know which I’d prefer.
I am not impress ,spacious but not worth £4,000,000
Far from perfect..!!
Obscene price listening to that woman talking nothing but bs trying to justify its price
Bland dull
I dont like it souless looks like a large council house if i had 4 million i wouldn't buy that. Souless council dump .give me a two up and down any day
since when did council houses look like that
The realtor posing and smirking distracted me from the house. She needs to dress profesionally, not for a night at the clubs.
£4 million 🤣🤣🤣 sure it is
How much do you think is the market value of this house?
Worth about £12,000
Ya you are right over priced large council house .
Initial thoughts: 1. Is this property really an “estate?” 2. If my realtor showed up wearing a godawful tank top, I would immediately find another agent and agency; 3. It seems builders in the UK are eager to build homes with lots of teeny-tiny bedrooms. Honestly, give me three, maybe four, spacious bedrooms and not the warren of Victorian, i.e., minuscule bed chambers.
Not impressed
Uk property are horrible
