This house must have sold by now one of the best houses I have seen on utube so far .
Increasingly developers are putting more money into finishing to sell a house to make up for the lack of space. You could not fit a wardrobe in any of those rooms way to small
Beautifully designed. Rooms are pretty tiny and the garden is non existent but then again it is Notting Hill…
Garden could be dressed to extend the living space but it’s a city house so huge price for small living space
Size of that garden is absolutely criminal for the price - even for London.
i saw a £20M house in mayfair mews with NO Garden, or a £15M Georgian terrace in Belgravia with NO garden. Welcome to central London. You will pay a fortune for any kind of outdoor space (garden/terrace) or private parking. Same in NYC.... not surprising. If you want a bigger garden then move 5 miles more out

Incredible house, I get the price because of the location. Due to how stacked it is and also the garden size, this definitely leans towards a high spec AirBnb rather than a ‘home’.

Am I the only one who thinks, 3 million for this house, beautiful, though it is, is just crazy?, London's prices, and as mentioned below, in a 'dodgy' area, are just crazy, no way, I would pay this when there so much bigger and better elsewhere.
This is a bargain for London
This is not over priced for Notting Hill. Obviously you could get bigger place elsewhere but for this location and design this is reasonable.

Sidar Road W11 - is not exactly what I would call prime Notting Hill - more like Notting Hood. House might be nice - but the area leaves a lot to be desired. Not so safe at night and your car will get broken into constantly if you have one.

How do you wash clothes? Every house should have a laundry space. You need somewhere for the ironing board, somewhere to put clothes until you’re ready to finish them. An airing cupboard for after ironing. Where do people put their dirty clothes before they’re washed? There’s very little storage. No loft or similar under eaves type space. Where do you store your bike,golf clubs, skis. There’s no room in this house if you have children. Where does the push chair go? What about everyone’s waterproofs when they are wet, all the children’s boots and shoes.The outdoor space is not very useful. If you have garden furniture where do you store the cushions. If you have a few planters, where do you store the tools? I could go on.

Seems like a very nice place.
Feels a bit unbalanced, probably because the kitchen extension took up too much of what had been the garden.
I can buy a 6 bed detached, 3 living areas, kitchens, utility master bedroom etc, triple garage, with large mature gardens in Northern Ireland for £400,000.

This is a lovely house. Loved the bedrooms and the amount of natural light they receive is mind blowing. However, they lack a big living room space which is a must with house of this size.

Disgusting price point for such a small house. London isn't worth these prices, I've lived here for 30 years and I personally cannot wait to LEAVE. people dropping this much on such a basic house have more money than sense.
I didn't like the furniture at all but I liked the kitchen and the flooring but bathroom are simple

I see so many houses like this in London, titivated and tarted up by developers beyond what their bones were ever intended to support. Heres another one - a trad 2-up/2-down turned into a New York townhouse. But what's it like as a home? Tiny front room, skylights all along the extended back collecting leaves and mildew, freezing cold but beautiful herringbone wood flooring. Very on trend, but not massively liveable
Freezing cold? Lol, don't think so, it'll be toasty warm in the winter due to the underfloor heating and icy cool in the summer heatwave due to the air-conditioning.😂
