Today I am showing you how to cook the best Cameroonian Eru .Eru is a Cameroonian dish that is which is so delicious and eating by all. It is easy to make 😋 but the most common problem is putting to much water leaves/spinach or eru. So this video will help you to fix that. It can be eaten with water fufu, pounded yams or garri I mean anything fufu of your choice. The ingredients used for this recipe include;
- Eru
- Spinach or water leaces
- Smoked fish
- Beef
- Cow skin or canda
-Palm Oil
- Pepper
- seasoning cubes
- Salt
- Crayfish

My Cameroonian friend took me to a Nigerian restaurant, and I ordered this ish along with chicken and plantains (in tomato sauce). I FELL IN LOVE! I didn't blend my spinach, and yes, you can use water leaves. I used spinach because it's not easy finding water leaves around me
