I'm gonna loan someone $1500 to earn $560 commission. Cause...you know... obviously that person will be reliable to pay me back wtf.
😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫
Well she apparently had the job for less than a year....
“The balance keeps going up” _story of my life😅
Not a smart idea from the plaintiff to work out this finance structure. If the buyer can't afford to pay the downpayment in full, then she probably shouldn't be buying that vehicle. She will likely struggle with the rest of the financing. I get that the plaintiff wanted the sale and commission, but that $559.40 commission was probably not worth all the headaches that came with it along with going to court.
She was going to make more than $ 500
The rub is that these cars are likely not actually worth the prices so they are getting markup and interest (10 year old car for 11k?) . If you can't pay they get the car back and can do it again. The defendant is still on he hook for the car loan and the interest. It's going to hurt the defendant a lot more in the long run.
Defendant is what we call in the business a”BOGUE”. Bad credit customers
Seems to me like the dealership has shady business going on
The way the plaintiff moves her mouth is annoying
fr it was getting on my nerves
I wonder if she got some lip filler or something and there's some swelling going on? It's hard to tell though since I am not familiar with lip fillers and injectables, but from videos I've seen of people who've had lip fillers or injectables done, and it just seems to be the case here.
Either that or there's some kind of health problem. Honestly, if she can't help moving her mouth that way, then I'd say it's rude to mention it.
Seems like the car dealership had some shady business going on to fool the finance company into thinking buyers had complete down payments but they did not. They probably structured the loans as "private loans" to skirt passed any legalities for the dealership. Otherwise it doesn't make sense why the lady would lend some random person money to help her buy.
She mixed in the business with a private loan.. if she didn’t pay the loan they would have took the car even tho the private loan should not effect the car.. the problem is she totaled the car so they had no car to take back anymore. I guarantee she was charging crazy interest on the loan too.
I certainly would not loan a complete stranger money. No one in their right mind would.
Part 2 confirmed I was right. She was charging almost 300 in interest for a 30 day loan
Yes - you shouldn’t sell a car to someone who can’t afford it! 😒
Yup used dealerships do it all the time all they care bout is approving u and getting the down payment once u take the car they don’t care u on ya own
I can’t even pay attention to the situation for the way the plaintiff is holding her lips and or mouth!
me either!!! lol!!
The lips and mouth were driving me nuts.
😂😂😂
Ans bucking her eyes
Lolll for real la damn
You lost me at $11k for a 2006 vehicle.
Right. Why would you do that. Lol
$11,000 for a 20 year old Toyota? What in the hell? She saw this lady coming LOL
:22 Car was actually sold on January 15, 2016 so that makes it a 10 year old car so the price is about right.
The defendants face as she “waltz” in the Courtroom 😆
🤣
I’ve been a salesman for 11 years, no commission is worth lending a customer money, specially subprime.
If you can’t afford a down payment why even get a new car why not get just a 2,000 dollar used car and not worry about monthly payments on the actual car
Because this makes entirely too much sense, and when people want what they want, as quickly as they want it, logistics go out of the window. 🤷🏾♀️
Why blame the consumer? This seems prearranged by the dealership. They probably do this all the time to vulnerable people and profit off of pain. DISGUSTING
I’ve never had a car note for this particular reason.
Love how that upload in parts , really makes it fun
@@edwhiltvulnerable to what, their brain?
Why would the plaintiff, loan the defendant money? They didn’t know each other. That is odd to me.
What I'd like to know is why the hell she was selling a 2006 Toyota for $11,000.
@@Linda7647 Ik right? That’s unreasonably high for that type of car
@@Saintsrow1824 Yes it is. Even in good condition, it shouldn't have sold for that much. $5000 to $6000, maybe.
@@Saintsrow1824 my 2018 was 14k
To make the sale
The blond lady was talking like, she ain’t here to play with nun y’all 😂
right
Yes 🤣😂
She’s weird
Yes!!!!! Lol
🤣🤣🤣
2:56 the way the defendant rolls her rolls 😂😂😂 when the plaintiff stated that she has receipts. Like girl what did you think she wasn’t going to keep track of her money?
Exactly. Mad because there’s a paper trail of her deceit.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 thought I was the only one who saw that I’m weak lol
The roll of the eyes of the defendant when the plaintiff reads off when she made payments says everything about who she really is!!!
Love how that upload in parts , really makes it fun
My focus was on the plaintiff and all her head and eye rolling, it's super annoying
U cannot tell a person’s whole life story by an eye roll, please stfu
The plaintiff was far more annoying to me. Her eye rolling, pursed lips and weird stuff was absurd and exaggerated as hell
Sound like the girl got in over her head and a bit pushed into buying a car she could not afford.
This is why banks don't let you make payments on a down payment. It's super high risk. If you don't have a down payment, you can't afford a car. The end. Why give her a weekly payment on top of the regular car payment and insurance? Not to mention it's a super old car that'll need maintenance.
Yeah. Don't do this. Lol.
Can you please explain what you meant when said make payments on a down payment? Thank you, in advance.
The plaintiff is full of herself 🙄 UGH
If she thought it was “cute” to act like that then she’s out of her mind 🙃
I don't understand some people. If you can't afford it, don't buy it 🤦🏽♀️
Trouble is loan companies make people think they csn afford it
I agreed; but the saleswoman also knew she couldn’t afford it. Why is she making personal loans to customers? Who does that?
Companies should heed the same advice when loaning money.
@@kayee7938 Unfortunately, we know they're not going to.
Exactly
Something is very wrong here. Why is the saleswoman making personal loans to customers? Did they know each other?
Of course they do not know each other.
Smashing
Why the heck would the plaintiff do this 🤦🏾♀️. If she can't afford it she can't afford it!
What is wrong with the plaintiffs lips? She is soo irritating….
First thought is she on drugs ?
The defendant’s lack of accountability is irritating
Drugs
And the defendant isn’t ? If she’s got this bad attitude at 24 just imagine how insufferable she will be by the time she’s 30
Lip fillers
Outrageous. Madam you are outrageous.
1st jk 7th
Lol that car saleswoman is so over the defendant
Definitely!
Im over the way the sales woman keeps forming her lips like it's cute. Shit looks weird as hell. 😂🤣😂
@@queencharlibee1991 yes it does and it's aggy AF 🙄🤣
Cringe worthy
The plaintiff is like the snobby lady who works at a cosmetic counter and looks down on you if you can’t afford anything. Yet she still works at a cosmetic counter, on commission. 😂
What's going on with the plaintiff's mouth?
It’s the way the plaintiff mouth is moving for me 😂💀
I once heard that you can tell a fake person by their makeup ... I don't know if it's true, but the saleswoman's makeup is so distracting and heavy. It just makes me think of that
The plaintiff is ON! She came ready.
The defendent entered the court with a face like thunder and generally has a bad attitude like thats gonna make the plaintiff's receipts less real or valid. 😆
JJ is the G.O.A.T.
My kids called me a goat a little while ago and I got mad.
I mean really mad.
My youngest told me.. it's ok I'm not a goat anymore.
A few weeks ago I actualy found out what it means.
Mom failed moment that's for sure.
@@jamsaidemelo1367 that’s funny lol gotta get hip! To these youngsters these days.
Ive never seen a mouth so wobbly as that of the plaintiffs lol
Why would a salesperson loan her money. Shady
Loaning money causes amnesia
car dealer fronting up money for somone to buy a car seems dodgy
Never heard of the dealer giving you a loan for the down payment 😮
No good deed goes unpunished
Defendant started out lying about the down payment.
It's the same thing with a house pymt. If you can't afford the down payment you can't afford the house.
They r both dishonest, but the Plantiff seems like she is on something, sneaky, vicious,&is driving me nuts!🤪
🤫 sheeee, I didn't ask you anything 😄
Yes i am loving the episode in parts.
This plaintiff acting all righteous when the whole contract she had with the defendent sounds shady af.
This is why people HATE used car dealers. What a disgusting display of capitalism
she looks guilty. NEVER loan ANYONE money....
Why is that defendant wearing a potato sack
Crooked dealership. Go to a dealership with someone who identifies the nonsense!
11,000 for a “06”???😂
Trudy is a cougar 😍😍
😂😂😂
Marasha was smashing that, I’m telling you
“Right thinnnnnnnn”
💀
I’ve been waiting for a new episode 💗
these are old episodes. she is now on amazon
Why didn’t the dependent have full insurance coverage on the car till the loan was paid off??
This plaintiff is talking to JJ like a mother talking to a naughty 2 year old, the way she pronounces every word just screams "I am superior to you" for some reason. She seems insufferable after just 2 minutes of listening to her
Love the ones with Part 1 2 3 4. Puts 🍿 in Microwave
The plaintiffs attitude is awful. Your face is gonna freeze like that girl.
Desperation on both sides. A little predatory too.
How do you need to make a sale so bad that you'd directly lend the buyer a down payment.
Not smart to finance a car you need to borrow part of a down payment for.
This car dealership is shady AF
Woot! Woot! New episode.
The Plaintiff Is So Over The Defendant
Dang the plaintiff was shoving that paper at Byrd withouth JJ even asking 😳 😕
Part 2🎉
What is it with these women wanted to own big cars when they can't afford it.🤔🤭
The defendant is a pathological liar its scary
Typical. Zero accountability.
@@dcg590 what does this mean?
FORCED TO.....?.....LMAO.
......NEVER ME
Miss Trudy isn't playin' about her money lol
She gives the term “dumb blonde” a run for its money….also why is she elongating her face just to speak😅
This is absolutely insane and makes no sense.
Stop buying cars u can’t afford smh
Right off the bat, the plaintiff annoys me.
I call dealership’s like that shop and robs, they have unscrupulous dealings for the poor, no credit drivers bad credit drivers and those with lack of knowledge regarding their rights.
I love ❤️ the plaintiff accent lmao it sounds like Erica Dixon 😂😂🤣🤣😭
Defendant started out with a lie about the down payment. She said that she had it. 😮😮😮
Caught in a lie!
Should have never given her a personal loan. She will never get her money paid in full. Especially because car was totaled.
This is the 4 Corners of your contract !! JJ
The defendant is a DISGRACE
That ladies lips and eye over expressiveness is annoying. I would have given defendant 5k based on how irritating the plaintiff was
Where is part 2
Gotta get a loan to get a loan lol….already a bad deal
I love JJ. I wish they would stream it on TV. Like Hulu , Vudu or something. I NEED ALL THE EPISODES
Cliffhanger...
You know this is going to get interesting
Typical car salesperson.. it's all about the sale and don't worry that the women didn't have a deposit.. It's so shady she lent her the money and her affect is way off.
Do people not watch JJ ?? They always interrupt like they are never going to get a chance to speak
Unrelated but that woman's mouth annoys me 🤣
Plaintiff is nutz.
Part 2
Buy here pay here means DON'T DO IT.
Is anyone else going nuts watching the plaintiff's facial expressions?
Something about the plaintiff is a bit off.
Very easy to see who is lying here
ouch! a minute 30 in and the defendant was already being dishonest.
What the plaintiff did was against the dealer agreement with the finance company. By loaning the borrower the downpayment, they did what is called a double dip loan. Plaintiff isn't coming to court with clean hands. This is highly unethical and probably against the dealer agreement, not to mention a crime because they are responsible for representing to the bank that what was a true and accurate representation on the bill of sale. She committed bank fraud on behalf of the dealership.
The defendant looks so familiar, like I've seen her on another court show before.
I am so confused
The plaintiff is pretty but I wouldn't be able to take her seriously 😂
I think the plaintiff watched Legally Blonde too many times but not as smart.
There is an epidemic of Kurfuffles
