With area's cost of living, ~6% lower than Nat. avg, those "nasty bus drivers" as Plaintiff stated, take home gross 50,000%/yr more than dude that missed job interview. (I know, gave Plaintiff benefit of doubt, he maybe bummed a buck to get % right)

It wasn't a security deposit he expected to pay back. It was an advance payment for service that he expected to perform. He's an alley mechanic that used the money for Christmas. I would've given him a couple of weeks to come up with the money. The plaintiff changed the time-line, but was inflexible regarding the time frame for completion of the work.
