Case #28324
#PeoplesCourt #RealityTV #Court - Zábava
They probably been screwing over those kids for a while and finally someone sued them
yup - total grift.
They call them volunteers and refer to the compensation as stipends to evade labor laws and taxes
@@Nevaeh1 and then have the nerve to not give them the “stipend”
@@KPboujtheir own receipt book proved they didn’t pay their other employees
@@Nevaeh1 You hit the nail right on the head!
This defendant is running a shady non-profit. He’s providing the stadium with cheap labor and collecting a nice fee, and the concession company gets a tax write off. And the worker gets taken advantage of.
You summed this up quite nicely.
The judge saw it too.
Exactly the judge is right
Welcome to America 🇺🇸
And probably getting donations and grants based off "Helping the youth".
Shady AF pretending to HELP young people. The SHAME of it.
Seriously! How is having them sell nachos for next to nothing helping them get into the workforce?
EXACTLY my point!!! It be your OWN color I kid you not. When you know what you know, you know! This type of so called caring for, looking out for someone is nothing short of a rip OFF. Then the witness was there to do what??? Further lying 🤥 how do you have proof in your office but don’t bring it to the ONE place you need it AT THAT TIME. He was already looking like a fool but she made herself look worse than him. How would she have liked if someone do that to her son?! SMH…
Pay that man. Good Job Judge.
If you don't have the time sheet for this matter what is the purpose of clocking Inn
What a scam they are doing to these kids and trying to run from Uncle Sam.
Shame for them scamming youth not Uncle Sam
"All things done in the dark come to the light." Amen!
I said the same thing when he said thst too lol
ALWAYS!!
The receipt book cause them the case. Two months of missing receipts is extremely suspicious
I agree, they shady all the way to the bank!!
She was about to soften the blow, but they wanna keep lying lmao
I hope the defendants get sued and shut down permanently! They are scammers taking advantage of people in their hardest times!
I hope they get sued and end up on Judge Boyd, scumbags
Dude already dressed like a supervillain. Dr. Neffarious
😂😂😂
That’s what I’m saying
Hi Mr puffinburgar
😂
Haaaaaa😂
I SMELL OTHER LAWSUITS 🤣🤣🤣🤣
They didn't bring the sign in sheet because it would prove exactly what the plaintiff was stating. That they didn't pay him like they should have.
They always play this, I did not know I was to bring this evidence to court. Liars.
Imagine he robbed 10 employees. That’s $13,000. 😯
The plaintiff is so cute and adorable 😂😂😂😂
Where? 😂
I agree! Adorable 🥰
@@LeviAaronxS
Stop hating. The guy is gorgeous.
❤ I agree
@@LeviAaronxthe beauty is in the eyes of the beholder
Each once sees differently
They know they should’ve brought that sign in sheet get outta here 😂😂😂
They thinks the judge would judged based on what they can remember 😊
You know why they didn't cuz he signed in!! Damn shame
@@starr3907 and they know he was there working, and brought evidence that made them look stupid.
@@rodboijones7390 Facts
Defendants sunk themselves & should expect more lawsuits.
"That may be in another receipt book."
The judge knew at that moment they were lying, and she wasn't about to be taken for a ride.
Not to mention the way he kept talking around her questions. And she gave then the chance to get the sign in sheet. As if no one is at her office, or she couldn't call someone to go get it. They didn't want that sign in sheet to be seen, because it had his name on it.
Yes! She tried to give them every opportunity to prove their point. Love it how she finally had enough and went "No. Nope. Nope. Nope."
Glad the Plaintiff won!👏🏻 (he worked … should be paid)
I’m proud of this young man for standing up for himself! Great job
The defendants operate a shady outfit, volunteering, stipends and getting paid, hmm. The plaintiff should talk to other volunteers and see if they didn't paid either because if they did this to one person, they must've done the same to others.
The Plaintiff talking to others has no burdens on what happened to him. However, I hope this inspires others to come forth.
Praise for you young man, get whats yours 🤜
Exactly!
“Also you needed a job” 😂
In a different receipt book! Judge OH No! Yous a liar right there!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The plaintiff is a good looking young man 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
He’s adorable, I agree.
Those eyes ❤
Skin is flawless. 💞
I DISLIKE HIS LONG HAIR....1 CORINTHIANS 11:14 KING JAMES VERSION
Kudos to the Plaintiff! Great call by Judge Milan, who proved the Defendant's were lying and defrauding their staff! People and their greed profiteering while calling themselves nonprofits!
Right on time for my lunch break .
Hope you enjoyed your lunch.
What did u eat for lunch?
@@Bebedolliedoo doo
Judge asked what do you do with the sign in sheets and he said we’re from Atlanta 😂😂
😂😂😂
Right…
“We’re from Atlanta”….translation…we be scammin’…😂😂😂😂
@@naturaleyeam 😂😂
Do they not believe in timesheets in Atlanta? lol.
Shame on these people for pretending to have a volunteer organization!
Their faces when he said he had text messages 😄
Hustlers who count on not being taken to court.
A means what's the point of counting 😂
They didn’t want anyone looking at those books
I’m so glad the plaintiff got EXACTLY what he was suing for! The defendants are shady liars, and I’m sure this isn’t the only person who was cheated out pay for the days that they worked.
Good well mannered hard working kid ! Good job judge!
They thought just bc he's served time he was gonna be stupid...I'm here for it! 💪 Get they shady asses!!!! Hopefully they will be found out and shut completely down! 💯 Don't make no damn sense 🤬
He didn't get out of jail. He never said that. The defendant yapped that but it's not what happened
Well done to the plaintiff! They didn't think that he would have the wherewithal to sue them, and he did just that and WON! And shame on them for having this under the guise of a non-profit, because they probably have it registered that way simply for tax purposes. A completely unprofessional & unorganized company and I am glad the judge ruled against them. Congratulations, young man!
When she said "It's probably in another receipt book", I knew it was over.
“Non-profit” scammers. They got the right judge for these people! Smh. Damn shame
Judge Milian is so smart. She caught them at the end when she noticed there had been 24 home games left and the defendants hadn’t paid ANY of their employees since June. The defendants are definitely running a scam- what a shame because done properly, it has the potential to do what it was originally intended for.
The defendant at 10:05 "no ma'am were from Atlanta"
Judge Milan "I don't know how that could possibly be an answer to what you do with them"
Right 😂🤦🤦♀️🤦♂️
😂😂😂All it says yo me is you're a scammer, I guess 💁🏿♀️
Beautiful young man wanted simply a positive thing to do on his down time which is exactly what young people should do.
Another underhanded 'non profit'. How many are rolling around in the country at any given time, and how many are truly fulfilling their mission? Shame on the scammers.
And the government really needs to assess and monitor the nonprofits for detail on a regular basis,
Hell the government is in on it too!!!
She really trying to save her sugar daddy. He is a scammer. And probably use them young folks for taxes .The IRS. Needs to see this. Smh.
THE PLAINTIFF SEEMS LIKE A DECENT YOUNG MAN KEEPING POSITIVE. THE DEFENDANTS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES HAVING FOLKS WK STANDING ON THEIR FT ETC & NOT PAYING. THESE ARE SOME SCAMMERS THERE'S OTHERS THAT THEY HAVEN'T PD EITHER.GLAD THAT SHE CAUGHT IT THEY WERE PRAYING SHE WOULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT. SMDH DISGUSTING PAY THAT YOUNG MAN HIS $$$
whoa chill
Good fro that young man. The defendants did a lot of talking and no backing.
Hopefully the law catches up with this shady non profit
They didn’t think to bring their proof!?! Shady
Love the plaintiff rolling his eyes and looking at the ceiling. Letting them bury themselves
Each of those companies be making tens of thousands of dollars every game, and yet they're giving a few workers only $50-75/day and getting young kids to volunteer? That's a scam. They are taking advantage of those kids, even had they paid.
How does the ball park sign off on this???!!
The way the plaintiff went to the defendant side at the beginning of the segment 😂🤦🤦♀️🤦♂️
You can always tell who didn't watch this show before by where they wander lol
He’s not that bright.
@@LeviAaronxwhy would you conclude that…simply because he went to the wrong podium? If you’re a fan of the show, you know that it happens from time-to-time to people young and old. Nothing that the young man said would lead a logical, nonjudgmental person to question his intelligence. He’s just a guy trying to get paid for the service he provided, so why don’t you just keep your hateful comments to yourself.
Maybe he didnt watch the show before. Maybe he was really nervous to be in court, on national tv... I guess if you ever made a mistake, youre an idiot too?
@@LeviAaronx He’s bright enough to take these fools to court and win! 😒
The platiff looking up at the ceiling at 13:07 while the defendant lady was talking 😂😂😂😂
At the beginning of the show James Byrd states that his company help prisoners but want prisoner in their right mind will come out of prison working for free. 2nd. Later in the show, Judge said that he did not pay any of his employees and it's written on that receipt book.
That book did them in ...good work the judge did on that one
The defendant at 10:05 "no ma'am were from Atlanta"
Judge Milan "I don't know how that could possibly be an answer to what you do with them"
Right what does being from Atlanta have to do with it😂🤦🤦♀️🤦♂️
The land of the scammers 😂😂😂
JM finally had enough of the defendants when they said their evidence "might be in a different receipt book." How convenient that they totally have evidence, just not here! Poor plaintiff was trying to get himself out of the house and make some money, and these people screwed him and a bunch of other young folks. I hope the plaintiff can get a legitimate job at a ball park, because it sounds like he genuinely enjoyed himself there.
Hahahahaha yessssssss I’m so glad he won! That girl should have stayed home 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The plaintiff was so cute and adorable at the beginning of the segment all confused on where to go and the way he was looking and all when the announcer was talking 😂😂😂😂
He’s adorable!
I am so proud of that young man. Good Job 👍🏻
The judge spent way more time on this case than she should have. Everybody's just going around in circles repeating the same thing over and over again.
Can we start referring to work time as "My physical body was near the nachos"? 😆
Once he answered with "Im from Atlanta" I knew he was scamming. Atlanta, the home of scammers!
Defendant : That might be in a different receipt book.
Judge: You're the weakest link. Goodbye! 😂😂
(Defendant looking in bathroom mirror dur. morning rituals before court): "...that Judge gonna love my Star Trek Spock suit, it'll make me look logical af during interrogation!"
I like how the plaintiff never interfered nor interrupted. He seems to be a fine young man. He just got into some trouble. Which is easy for a young black man.
These people are shady af glad he sued them he used his non profit to shield his bs work practices
"I'm from Atlanta." What does that have to do with anything 🤔
Happy he got his money ! This was a good case
Enslaving their own
Fastest ive ever been to watch a case 😂
Sammme 😂
When ppl don’t bring the KEY piece of evidence needed to prove their case I can’t help but be enraged. Why tf are you here then!?
It gets me too!!! 🤬🤬🤬
ooh man got to watchout for scammers everywhere. way to go young man justice.
Way too go? He didn't bring any more proof than the shady defendants. If they didn't mention a second receipt book and piss off the judge, the plaintiff was about to get half of what he was suing for at most.
Glad JM looked at that book again. He was two shy of the games he worked that they were trying to stiff him for. I hope the other workers see this and get their money as well.
The minute the defendant walked into the court room, in his Darth Vadar outfit, I knew he was going to lose.
Right on time for my lunch break 😊
Same😂
Me too
“We’re from Atlanta”
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
“Home of the paid” 😂 diabolical 😂😂
It was definitely the u-turn 4me!! 😱 😂 😮😂
Defendent could not even look the judge in the eye. Shame.
I absolutely love that the young man won and he carried himself well. See men want to work and ppl still try to take advantage. !!
The comments never disappoint 😂😂😂 have a blessed and safe Thursday 🎉❤
I’m so proud of the plaintiff standing up for himself!!
The baby trusted them. He deserves to get paid.
Dude almost sued himself when he walked to the defendant stand instead of the plaintiff stand 😂
😂
So proud of the plaintiff doing the right thing from the beginning., working, supporting himself, looking for great atmospheres to be around., respectful, and then having to stand up for what’s right. We need to be more giving and encouragers for your people like this! But he still ended up winning twice for learning always to stand up for what’s right!
If he was such a lousy worker why try to sign him on for more jobs. All it takes is one person to stand up for themselves to shed light on a bunch of scammers fronting behind an organization.
Sign in ledger and different receipt book, they have lost their minds on evidence. Glad he won his case.
Wow BOTH those defendants are liars
I miss the old version of this show.
This is the old version
@@Rhonda333 I know and they show the new one too.
The one piece of evidence they needed in order to win the case they didn’t bring to court? That told me everything I needed to know. Shady! Glad the plaintiff won. Someone should also look into their business , doing questionable things like that while working with felons who are probably not well versed in the law/don’t trust the legal system is concerning
Damn they are cheap sand scammy it is just 1300 ,acting like it is 13 million pay the man that lil money and take the L.Wrong and mad the nerve .
The plaintiff playing with his beard at 12:00 looking all lost and confused 😂😂😂😂
WOW !!! ... JUSTICE :)
The plaintiff seems like a very decent chap - I wish him the best.
Dudes being paid by the ballpark and not paying his employees. Set jp.as a non profit too. Someone needs to be in prison.
Defendant's witness needs to sit down.. " I think, I think, or maybe" attitude
They tried it 😂
The way the plaintiff rubbed his hands together when he won 😆
Love that when she found out who was the liar, the case was OVER. Pay the man $1300
I’m soooooo glad the judge went hard from him! Normally she gets on my nerves! 😬 But this time! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I don't trust any bald guys with big beards and leather sweaters.
😂😂
Liars, trying to get free work out of that kid, glad he won🎉
Plaintiff walks in, all smiles, then walks to the defendant side. LOL!
Us with vitiligo do not claim the defendant 👀
