    Measurements-
    Blender:
    - 1 handful parsley
    - Half cube maggi
    - Roughly 1/2 tbsp sour orange
    - Half habanero pepper
    (lessen if spice bothers you)
    - Some water for blending
    First bowl:
    - 1/2 tsp salt
    - 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    - 1 1/2 cup water
    Second bowl:
    - 2 cups of flour
    - 1 tbsp baking powder
    After mixing very well, let sit for 10 minutes, fry, and enjoy 😊

    What if i cant find sour orange and i dont use maggie in my cooking any more?

      Use lime if you don’t have sour orange. and regular epis (the spice/seasoning mixture) without the Maggie is fine just add salt 👍🏾

      +Deborah Maur baking powder is a big part when making marinade, it will not rise, it will be flat like a pattie if you don't add it.

      Not if you use all purpose flour (which has baking powder included) and you let the batter rest. It will fluff.
