Boult Ingredients
1 LB Ground beef
1 LB Ground turkey
Bell peppers (all colors)
1/2 of 1 Medium size onion
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Seasoning salt
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of basil
Two eggs
1/2 cup of Bread crumbs
1/2 cup of epis (Best Haitian epis • THE BEST HAITIAN EPIS ... )
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 teaspoons of white distilled vinegar (optional)
1 cube of Maggie chicken flavor bouillon
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of milk
Flour ingredients
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of adobo powder
1/2 of a half Maggie chicken flavored bouillon
Oil for frying
Fry at high heat 6/7
Cook for about 5 minutes turning occasionally.

I only follow your videos when I make my Haitian food. I work with foster care and at risk youth. One of the kids is Haitian and he is the foster care. He misses being able to have Haitian food so once a month I cook a big meal and bring it for him and everyone at work. They are always asking when am I making food next. Haha. Your recipes always have a great twist to it
This really hit close to home because my dad past away when I was 10 and mother is in Haiti. So after his passing I went into foster care. I was in foster care at the age of 11 until I was 17 and went in front of a judge proved to him even though I was not yet 18 I was mature enough to live on my own. I convinced him and I was able to get out of foster care at the age of 17 to go live on my own. I’ve been on my own since. So I can’t explain to you how happy this makes me to hear you’re doing this for him. I know his struggle so thank you for being there for him. Thank you for trying to help him not to forget his culture and where his from. This makes me extremely happy.
