I think the idea in the winter is to remove condensation from your attic. Dry cold air in your attic is better than warm moist air

As long as uv rays are hitting the face of the panel it will run. Usually the snow will melt around it as it pulls the hot air out of your attic.
Awesome videos, I had a hard time understanding one of your videos on the shingle staggering step. I guess it’s one of the beginning steps after outlining your roof.
