SPICY GARLIC POTATO WEDGES

Hello lovelies, in this week's video we are making these spicy potato wedges and I tell you, you'll loveeeee them. Soooo easy to make and you can serve them with some grilled chicken, beef stew or anything you like.

Ingredients:
-7 medium potatoes
-3cups water for boiling potatoes
For the Batter:
-1tsp dry oregano
-1tsp paprika powder
-1/2tsp Garlic powder
-1/4tsp turmeric powder
-1tsp salt
-1/2cup all purpose flour
-1/2cup water
-1tbsp unsalted butter
-1bunch fresh coriander leaves, chopped
-5garlic cloves crushed
-1/4tsp chilli powder(optional)

Thank youuu 🤗 you can skip that step but I would recommend you soak them to help remove excess starch which also makes them more crispy when cooked
