These STEAK FRIES are sure to impress, they are crispy on the outside and deliciously soft inside with the tastiest seasoning, perfect as a side. You can use, red, russet or gold potatoes, I've used all three and they were all perfect, you can slice them any size or shape you like, I chose the traditional way, I like to season them well with my amazing seasoning, then I bake them face up to get the perfect color all around and leaving the toasted part on the bottom. These super tasty STEAK FRIES will impress your family and friends, they go so well with burgers, hot dogs, steaks or alone, I love serving them with ketchup or ranch dressing, or, you can get creative and make your own dipping sauce, they will be in and out of the oven before you know it to enjoy.
INGREDIENTS 400° 40-50 minutes
4 medium/large potatoes (red, gold or russet)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper (you decide)
1 & 1/2 tsp chili powder (I like Gebhardts)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 & 1/2 Tbsp bread crumbs (plain)
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese (grated)
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
Salt (you decide amount)
1/2 C. olive oil (little more if needed)
▪︎Don't over salt
▪︎Face up for uniform baking color

This lady has taken over popularity on the internet. I can’t stop watching her videos. A cookbook would be nice but it’s her demonstration and techniques that I can’t do without. I’m a real foodie and spend a lot of time searching for the right person to teach me not only wonderful recipes/menus but someone who shares her secrets to never fair at anything she does in the kitchen. I totally agree, it's her personality, demonstration and the way she expresses her words that make it so interesting!! I'm so glad I stumbled upon her because I made a turkey this past thanksgiving, using her recipe and it came out perfect!!!
I copy all of her recipes tried two so delicious .
I also make more time to relax and follow her step by step .directions . it actually keeps me focused and I enjoy cooking and preparing without to many mistakes .. I tend to hurry it up even though I love to cook .

I'm a guy and a not very good cook but after watching this video I thought heck I can do that. Followed your recipe exactly....something I seldom do, and they turned out fantastic. Now I'm confident enough to make them when I have company over.
Any leftovers get reheated in the air fryer and they are great.

Yeah, if you make a couple trays of these you can freeze some in a Large Zip Lock Bag and then Air Fry as needed.

Rachel, great recipe. I use a plastic bag to mix the spices and oil. Then dump in the wedges and shake. All coated with no mess. I use the bags I get with my produce and then just throw the bag away.
@ Mark W - I do the same. It makes for an easier clean up.

Dear Rachel I am rewatching all of your videos for good reason. You are the best internet cook out there! You really cook! Real ingredients and not entire dishes made from cans and bags of overly processed junk. Young so-called cooks on utube need to watch this lady work her magic for delicious and healthful meals. I made these without salt. My family loved them! I thought the chili would make them hot but it didn’t. I baked them for 45 min but should’ve maybe done 50. I told my family, “it’s Rachel’s recipe!” Thank you Rachel for sharing your recipes with us!!
This recipe is awesome. Just a little correction olive oil has a low smoke point better to use avocados oil.
You are right Robert about the Avocado Oil. Everyone will thank you when they bake or cook with it.

's oven potatoes. After cleaning the potatoes she would coat with olive oil, salt, pepper and various Italian spices (many of which you use here). She would put them in a 400 degree oven and flip them when needed.

Yummy for your seasoning. I make mine by COATING THEM IN OLIVE OIL & SPRINKLE DRY SEASONING ON THEM & BAKE IN MY AIR FRYER AT 360 FOR ABOUT 18 MIN ...I WILL TRY YOU SEASONING .I USE SEASON ALL ON MINE.
