I've been following your vlogs and the advice you've been providing has been really helpful! I'm so excited to share that I passed my NCLEX in November last year and my I140 petition was filed on January 10, 2023. Then, just a week later, my visa petition was approved on January 17, 2023. It all happened so quickly! Now I'm at the NVC stage and I'm looking forward to the next steps. Thanks again for all your help!

Hi Ms Gail! Kelan po ba binabayaran yung fee bill ng dependents? Sa welcome letter ko po kasi name ko lang ang andun at Isang invoice ID#. My lawyer told me na hndi dw agad lalabas ung name ng dependents ko so pay ko daw muna yung sakin..
Hi everyone. If I’m a health care assistant in the UK (called nurses aid in USA) where can I go online to find jobs in USA ? It would be under the EB-3 Unskilled visa. I don’t know of any agency’s or websites that fund foreign nurses aids.

Hi miss gail is it possible na dika ma send ng welcome letter? Kasi aug 15 pa naka received ng approved i140 pero til now wala welcome letter. Tpos he sent a public inquiry form, pero sa reply ang sinasabi e merong ibang correct case number na binigay. Naiiba ba ung case or receipt number sa case number

Mam gail, ask ko lng po need pa po ba hintayin yung CGFNS CES verification ng PRC License at School ko? Or yung need na dicuments lng po ng NVC like birth certificate, NBI, etc. para maging DQ? Thank you po.

Hello Miss Gail. My tracker changed to CASE WAS APPROVED and MY DECISION WAS EMAILED last Oct 24 pa but until now, wala padin update sa case tracker but I have my approval notice na. Can I contact NVC na agad? How long did it took before yours changed po? Thank you

Hi! 🙂 hmm.. NBI clearance is only valid for 1yr and for 18 y/o and above (if im not mistaken). So yes pwede naman advance ka kumuha ng civil docs before ka mag-DS260 para handa na lahat. Thanks for watching! 🥰

Hi ms gail. Regarding my DS260 form, na submit ko na po siya after na review sa agency ko. Kaso ang civil docs ko, hinihintay ko pa po. Should this be a problem?

I suggest to update everything first but consult your lawyer just to be sure.

Ask ko lang po if kailangan meron na Ielts result bago ma process yun fee bill? 3 days ago, as informed by my agent, case approved un I140 ko, but I-put on hold muna daw yun application ko, Hindi pa kasi ko Ng IELTS exam. Under premium processing kasi kaya medyo mabilis un process ngI 140 😅 thanks in advance.
Nope! That's only needed for visa screen. Iba iba rules ng agency/direct hire. Yung iba Nagsisigurado sila muna na magkaka-VS ung candidate before nila i-all the way yung petition just to be sure 🙂
@@candidlygail aww so kya nga nagulat ako, so depende nlng din po sa agency pla?alam ko kasi VS lang need yun. Mag proces ndin aq ng ng VS, so IELTS is the 🔑 nalang tlaga.Nkk hinayang lang ma hold pa. Anyway thanks sa pag reply, God bless! 🙏🏻

Good day Ms. Gail, pease kindly enlighten me/us regarfing the cgfns, currently im processing my papers for ny nclex. I was advised that cgfns is not required for ny but on your vlog, you still create cgfns acct. Kinda confuse. 😕

Good evening! I'm currently a grade 12 student right now and I took STEM for me to get a course in college which is nursing. After finishing college and get my liscense, I have plans to work abroad. Unfortunately, I have a really poor eyesight and I'm using a dentures, is there any possibilities that I can continue to work abroad even if I have a health problems like that?
