Hello Ms. Gail , regarding po sa "SECURITY AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION " sino / kanino po ba particularly ang mga questions , para po ba sa petitioner or sa applicant po? Lalo po sa questions; Q1: do you have documentations to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with US LAW?
At iba pang questions , Ito po bang mga questions na 'to ay para sa petitioner(American husband) or sa Applicant (filipina wife)? Please help po salamat

Good Evening Ma'am Gail, mag-aask lang po ako sa concern ko about may agency about "prevailing wage" to be honest naIintindihan ko naman na nagKaroon sila ng problem kasi expired na yung renewal nila for filing but iniisip ko, kailangan ko po bang mag "buy out" sa recruitment then to find for new one? kasi if ever pag dumating na eligibility ko sa NYSED at ma-PASA ko na yung NCLEX ko po lilipat na ako ng ibang agency or magStick pa din po ako sa kanila? Or mag DIRECT agency.hindi ko po kasi alam if lahat ba nagKakaexperience ng ganyan or sila lang kasi iniisip ko bakit hindi nila agad yun naasikaso what if? hindi sila ma-approvahan eh di mas matatagalan ako instead smooth sana ang process. give me an advise Ma'am Gail kung ano po ang gagawin ko po.
