Love Hurts - Everly Brothers Tribute (The Hummingbyrds)

On June 5, 2015, there was an Everly Brothers Tribute concert at Mason District Park in Annandale, Virginia. There were two acts that performed that night -- this is The Hummingbyrds performing "Love Hurts."
The song was written by Boudleaux Bryant and first recorded by the Everly Brothers in July 1960. However, it was a B-side for the Everlys and not a hit. It became a minor hit for Roy Orbison in 1961, then a major international hit for the metal rock group Nazareth in 1975. The Hummingbyrds said that their version is influenced by the cult favorite performed by Graham Parsons and Emmylou Harris.
