- Hello everyone, in today's video, you will see the Komatsu PC4000 excavator loading the XCMG mining truck with copper ore. Do you think 8 minutes is too much for 205 tons of material? Please write your opinion in the comments. In my opinion, the excavator loads too slowly.

Operator is doing his best with whats left of Shot Rock !!
Looking like they are due another blast as he's almost out of material. Most of the problem is a lack of loose material. That's why he ends up picking at the face when the loading's complete.
Something seems very wrong most buckets were not filled to capacity and very jerky controls for half scoops
Solid rock at the bottom.
I appreciate the more experienced ppl here giving insight into what's likely going on rather than just jumping on the operator. It could very well be a new guy just learning. Everyone has to start somewhere.
That's right
What we see is something that sometimes occurs in every operation. He is digging out the last remains of a shot. That’s difficult to dig and not efficient. But is has to be done. And yes the truck is to big for the PC4000, but I think there will be a reason for it.
he's probably the new guy. go easy on him. he'll learn eventually.
Yes, he's a rookie.
Looks like "Bring Your Kid To Work Day", and they let the kids be the operators of both! 🙄
It looks like one bucket per minute for me 😀
There was a decent crack in the bench you were filming from.!Yeah… machine was struggling but I thought the operator was smooth. It’s good to watch any big machines working. 🙂👍
Yes, I noticed the crack, it was risky to take a video from that position. Thanks for the comment bro.
💜
Never seen a video about the mine flood wanted to see it
Looks like a newbie getting his feet wet scratching at the last remains of a shot
The pumps are starving not up to power
Got a 3 year old running that màchine,,or it mußt be hourly
The problems is first cheap save explosif this is big problems mining then they whine why shovels broke down.second the operator cab need better training i ran shovels p&h 1900 leaf rapids, manitoba 1976 they teach you right way.fording coal in bc was same spend money on people and better blasting pay off long run.thanks video😮
Thank's for the comment
Or the machine is a warn out pos
That was 5 minutes for 235 tons. Still terrible numbers, but better than you are claiming.
Actually, it was 6 and a half minutes and 205 tons, watch closely.
@@HeavyMiningEquipment No, the loading started at 1:26 and finished at 6:25. That's 4:59, not six and a half. If you look at the scoreboard at 6:44, you will see it says 235 or 236 tons. Load time is from the start of the first bucket, until the end of the last bucket.
Damn, you are right
I think this operator needs to be piss tested
Me too
Loša priprema zovi palioce da miniraju.
Bas je lose minirano u tom potezu
Managed 2.31 before stopping watching as painful to watch-Useless operators , needs replacing
I would whip ya arse loading over 12hr shift
Really painful, and it gets on my nerves.
Of course experienced face shovel operators are just 10 a penny, you can find them on every street corner. I have travelled to a lot of countries and places and never met one!
machine operator is rubbish not filling his bucket to maximum must be a new to the job not very productive
Yes, he is a newbie.
He can't see what's in the bucket ...
