I’m a big Thor fan but would have to admit that Martian Manhunter probably takes this. I don’t think it’s as easily as you believe. Thor does have some ridiculous feats that definitely I put him in contention with J’onn. His godblast can be lethal to beings at Galactus’s level so that would definitely hurt if Martian Manhunter gets hit by it and also his hammer and magical/godly nature can counter some of Martian Manhunter’s hacks.

yeah i know i'm over a year late. when MMH with the assistance of superman and wonder woman struggled to pull earth, Thor was handling the equivalent force of 18 planets, lifting the world serpent, moving Yggdrasil and accompanying 9 realms. strength-wise what does MMH have to compare? How does a regular person get stronger or increase his punching capacity? this thinking doesn't correlate to super-powered people somewhat?
If you guys kmew comics you'd all know Thor has resistence to telepathy he has also disrupted Visions intangability. That would leave MMH with nothing over Thor while Thor has magic that would hit twice as hard than what MMH can do.
Also as far as telepathy goes Thor definitely has a high resistance to it. He resisted mind stone enhanced moondragon for a bit. Moodragon without the mind stone killed Drax the destroyer, drax has also survived Thanos’s strongest telepathic attack. Again, MM’s telepathy is an issue for Thor but I don’t think it’s just a simple little thing he could do to make Thor an ant incapable of fighting. And for speed silver surfer is at the very least not noticeably slower than Martian Manhunter and Thor has consistently beat him.

Even though it should be close, if DC run with MMH being the stronger, then superman becomes utterly useless really. I think that’s why in the end Superman will always prevail against the odds. His extra strength is plot convenience.

If he was truly capable of killing the Living Tribunal m body without tech or amps, why couldn't he oneshot the celestials himself

Thor was able to crack a celestial armor with hes hit. I dont know if prime is thicker than a celestial armor and was also able to defeat both the hulk and the thing at the same time. Actually Martian man hunter best powers telepathy and phasing are all countered by Thor. The vision at one of there encounters tried phasing his hand into Thor’s chest but thor used his hammer to negate the attack. So if Martian manhunter attempted to phase Thor’s hammer would put a stop to that. Thor has negated telepathic attacks by universal beings so Martian manhunter telepathy would be useless in this fight. Martian manhunter could still win but that would mostly be due to his regeneration ability.

Also as far as telepathy goes Thor definitely has a high resistance to it. He resisted mind stone enhanced moondragon for a bit. Moodragon without the mind stone killed Drax the destroyer, drax has also survived Thanos’s strongest telepathic attack. Again, MM’s telepathy is an issue for Thor but I don’t think it’s just a simple little thing he could do to make Thor an ant incapable of fighting. And for speed silver surfer is at the very least not noticeably slower than Martian Manhunter and Thor has consistently beat him.

Thor has negated telepathic attacks by universal beings so Martian manhunter telepathy would be useless in this fight. Martian manhunter could still win but that would mostly be due to his regeneration ability.

Because as far as i remember Beyonder shoted one blast but easily knocked Thor, then other casually stopped rushing thor and casually ripped his arm off. If we assume this is his consistent durability not outlier then that's fine. I could assume Starbrand "defeated 2 of them" but more got summoned. Hyperion even was nearly skull smashed by one casually.
