No really this is even close if a person knows how to fight. supes has one big weakness, really 2. Kryptonite and the sun. So Thor can defeat Supes in 2 ways...one transport him to a sun that is yellow, and that weakens him dramatically, and second he commands the earth and has the power of teleportation...gather up those nice green works and defeat Supes. So no matter what power level thor is in, he can beat superman.

Man, the power rankings of both worlds (dc and marvel) are crazy confusing, and broken. You have characters that can left entire planets, characters the can control the multiverse or ARE the Multi-verse, and now characters that can literally control fiction and there and own Stories. Marvel and DC are probably one of, if not, the MOST broken franchises ever created by anyone.
Tbh, I never though of The Ones Who Sir Above In Shadow as story authors, but yeah....it makes a lot of sense. They feed off the stories of the Asgardians with all the Ragnaroks that go on during the issues.
I think the one who are in shadow are only celestial.

Everytime this match up happens, I feel like people might confuse a VS and "who's stronger". There's alot of instances where two characters who are different in strength, yet different In a VS against each other. In my interpretation is that if Thor were to invade DC, CAS would just adapt to overcome him... And I know that sounds like a simple explanation, and we all go home, but let's for 1 moment think of this..
Hear me out! let's sit down and remind ourselves that everything just a story capable of editing. All things fiction, is just the result of an actual human as the creator of that world. In that "world" the contents of which is experienced through pages, and text.. all things fiction fits in there. You can have infinite realms of infinite worlds, each worlds having infinite voids where ideals themselves lie into and you still won't reach reality (this realm) even from a dimensional and philosophical perspective, there is no transcendance above reality. the original comics of CAS were in 3D symbolizing the narrative being beyond comics. That's what CAS symbolizes. Beyond just comics. Before stories and narratives exists, they exist in the comic books... that's where we read them.
Now the interesting and forgotten aspect people forget with CAS is that pannel where he was able to hear the reader breathing and feel the reader turning the pages, is letting the reader know that CAS is beyond just comics and let me finish before any of you down vote.
Beyond all things fiction, at the end of the day, fiction isn't real, therefore capable of being changed (stay with me) Thor in my interpretation isn't above the page he's printed on and CAS's interpretation is intended to be what's before all stories, the physical pages themselves. Before you get Ragnarok, Yddrasil, Mjolnir, Odin, they exist as ideas and stories and experienced by the reader itself as pages in this case. The intended interpretation of CAS is to be above what's comics and real life, hence the original comic book being 3D hearing the reader breathe and feeling your own page turn is a feat in it if itself. It's symbolic that CAS is beyond just story itself, and that he's what's right before fiction and reality above all things.
I feel like you can fit rune King Thor inside of a story that's contained within a comicbook. In that realm, it's infinite in size, with infinite worlds. Yet it's all just a story printed on a page where CAS is intended to be what's before all stories, by metaphorically (because it's physically impossible) closing the gap between fiction and reality as seen with him experiencing the reader itself if that makes sense..
Thor ended narratives and stories..hes beyond them as well. CAS did not understand whatever presence was observing him. He said that himself, which debunks the notion he even remotely scales to the reader lol. CAS power is only useful if creation is under threat, RKT isnt threatening creation
Forgot to add on, imagine you as an author created a story in which a character has the ability to do all things they wished to in all the infinite realms they've created..
Aren't you still more powerful than that character? I mean you can change the idea of that character. You're the author...
I think that's where DC places CAS but kinda messed up by still making it a comic book involving an unnecessary and intense fight for comic sales.

Both are in stories even though they "transcend" stories so its kinda silly at that point. What I went off of is CAS stipulation for his amps, and who has shown literal narrative manip themselves on top of doing so offensively(RKT did so), and RKT idea is he embodies the concept of always finding another away even if defeat is inevitable. Their is always a way to win. He also sees all narratives even unwritten ones. He would see whatever CAS narrative will be.

Few issues with your stance. 1, you are claiming that CAS and that "spectre feat" are in the same story. They are not. I used RKT run and CAS run only. CAS in Beyond 2 didnt beat Mandrakk. Mandrakk was mauling him, and then Cas knocked him off the ledge and didnt fall with him.

Interesting.... but CAS has the ability to scale higher and counter his opponents. That is something RTK does not have as he is limited to what he has and knows only.
CA Superman as the same power as Doomsday, he can adapt himself to any opponent. Also, he doens´t have the kryptonite/magic weakness and his powers are I dont know how many billions of times stronger than the "normal" Superman, so I would say that CA Sups wins.

CAS would alter the multiverse to erase RKT from existence. He defeated mandrak and can literally alter the multiverse in any way to defeat anyone or anything. The only entity that is equal to him is GOD. Anyone else is worlds away from competing.
That wouldn't work as not only has Rune King Thor one Shotted beings that are forged outside of all realities and The Yggdrasil/World tree, but completely shattered fate and the story of Twsais. Course Cas has no evidence of altering the multiverse on a whim and even then, multiversal is fodder to Rune King Thor. While I do agree they are at least above odin level theres next to nothing to suggest there anything more. Mandrak on the other hand is a more impressive foe and has more feats to back it up.
