- Thousands of revelers packed the streets of Manhattan to celebrate the return of Halloween after a year of parades and festivities were cancelled due to the pandemic. There were lots of COVID-19 and vaccine-themed costumes. But the next morning, the mayor’s vaccination mandate went into effect. All New York city workers, including police and firefighters, have to be vaccinated, or face unpaid leave. The mayor said there were no expected delays in response time from emergency services.
Yeah here in SoCal it hasn't been the same energy like previous years, Hollywood was always like a huge time square party in the streets, literally all night until the morning 💯

It’s worrisome that some people quit their job just because they don’t want the vaccine. It shouldn’t have to be quit your job or take it. It should be take it and you will be fine and protected.

@x16900 Actually it is proven that it protects people. People have a less chance of being critically sick or dying if they have the vaccine. So I do think they should be forced to take it because IT PROTECTS THEM.
