Thank you so much for watching! đ
I hope something in this video was useful for you, or you at least had some fun watching it.
I recently started a fresh Discord specifically to build a community of streamers and content creators who can all help each other and build together, it's also somewhere I'll be sharing my own advice and tips alongside my videos, and somewhere that is easy to talk to me on a more regular basis if you have any questions or want to talk about things!
If this sounds cool to you, here is the invite, would love to have you!: discord.gg/jDKEunue7U
i thought you had 100k+ subscribers

Good info and well presented! Thanks
Thank you for all the great ideas and suggestions man, I implemented the channel point redemption almost immediately, and the suggestions as far as the goals were great, ive always steered away from the different goal bars because, plain and simple I'm afraid of seeming like im asking too much of my community. I DO want to do this for a career eventually, so I know its required, I appreciate hearing someone more experience than me, say its alright. Thank you!
Great vid bro keep going your channel is gonna be big soon
Thank you so much! đ€

Thank you so much! đ„° Iâm glad that it was helpful and not too overloading, Iâm aiming to keep my videos fun and easy to watch instead of being super info heavy and hard to take in, Iâm so happy that came across! Thank you for the kind words and feedback đ§Ą
@@calscreation no problem man you deserve a lot more subs for the content you are creating! I would love to feature your channel on my Website if your interested! Wonât cost anything just trying to give recognition for great content â€ïžđ Feel free to DM me for more details!

Thank you! đ

@@calscreation Love to hear it!
đ
love the editing
Thatâs super kind of you to say, thank you! đ
saving this to watch later; i see you watch finzar, good choice
also tip for thumbnails:
if you're making a video about growth, you should probably have the worse one (1 viewer) below the better one (26 viewers) because it's easier for the eyes to see the larger, better one
you could also put the better one slightly to the right because it symbolizes forward movement and all that
maybe zoom in on the view counts so people see it better
i see you put tons of effort in your videos, i hope you and your channel grows!
remember me, big guy
Appreciate it! đđ» A finzar viewer indeed! Super inspirational stuff for editing, pulled a lot of learning and influence from it! Love those tips on the thumbnail, thank you for the ideas, I always try and put as much time into learning and effort and energy into the videos themselves as I can, thank you for recognising that and stopping by to point it out and leave some helpful tips too!
Never shall forget đ§Ą
@@calscreation the least I can do for the tips you give to us
Just remember that doing a givieaway cannot be "sub only" or "donators only" it is against ToS and illegal in some counties (The USA for sure)
Great point! :)
I love these đ. Itâs been super hard to grow. Iâve been actively streaming since April and Iâm super close to Affiliate but itâs still super hard. I really enjoy streaming but when should i call it quits?
don't ever quit g, i did for a while and now have start all over again when i was so close to affiliate and had a little community building but yea don't give up g
whats your twitch tho i'll pop out
Fully agree with Sb Stich here! Only ever stop streaming if you stop enjoying it, the most important thing is that you're doing something that makes you happy and that you're passionate about, everything else will happen on it's own in the end! Just keep trying new things and finding what works for you and your stream and growth will come! đ§Ą

hey how do i grow as a streamer on console i donât have anything to put on screen i can only manage stream on twitch itself on phone what should i do to stream on console the console iâm using is xbox
You can stream directly from your Xbox Iâm pretty sure! I found a video here: czcams.com/video/b_2RGKWerBE/video.html
I hope that helps get you going!
In terms of growth on console, Iâd say just focus on the quality and interaction with your viewers, itâs always a little harder not having overlays and all the âfancyâ stuff people have come to expect on streams, but you can still go live without any of that fluff and still give people a great stream by engaging everyone in conversation and focusing on that, as well as maybe offering to play games with viewers and things like that too, just to increase interaction and engagement, ultimately as long as your having fun streaming, just keep going and keep your fun in mind to motivate you further and further đ
Best of luck on your journey, I believe in you, always here to help however I can!
Iâm struggling with growth I been doing everything people told me to do
Iâm so sorry to hear that!
Everyoneâs journey is different with streaming and sometimes certain tips and methods can work for some people but not others, I would say try and focus on your reason for streaming, if itâs your passion and you love to stream, just keep pushing, keep trying to make one small thing better every single time you go live and focus on those small improvements again and again, even if progress is slow, just continuing to build and show your viewers youâre here to stay can go a long way!
Iâll be making a bunch more videos with different tips and ideas, I hope something clicks for you soon with it all and that you achieve everything youâre hoping for, donât give up!
Always here for any help I can try to give đđ§Ą

amazing video but has anyone ever said that you have some really nice eyes
Thank you! Hey Iâll take it đâšđ
do you watch finzar by chance? I can see his editing style in your videos LOL
I do! Super inspiring dude, learnt a lot from his tutorials and videos
Can we do twitch points even if we arenât affiliate and not even at 25 followers ?? (This is not the un)
I think sadly Channel Points becomes available when you're affiliate (I could be wrong but I believe that is the case) Hope this helps! :)
I got to 50 followers in two weeks, but Iâm not eager to become a Twitch Affiliate. It sounds like a trap đ
Congrats! Thatâs an awesome timeframe to achieve that within đ
For sure! Itâs definitely worth weighing the pros and cons with Twitch Affiliation, thereâs a lot of obvious positives you gain, but it can kill channels with some of the negatives, Iâm glad you considered this beforehand, I think so many people get to 50 and immediately go for affiliate without thinking about it because Twitch kinda makes it sound 100% positive!
@@calscreation thanks for the response! Yeah anything Twitch hypes makes me suspicious, they must make a lot of money off affiliates!
Can I get these apps on a tablet?
A lot of these apps are usually available on tablets and phones etc! :)
affiliate should not be a goal or even a step along the way. it's a predatory system in place for the benefit of twitch. it's also a REALLY low bar that if you think is hard, just shows that you have a lot of work to do. and i certainly know how hard it is to live that "0-5 viewer average" life. that's been my whole streaming career. besides, signing up for affiliate gives your channel ads and that is far more detrimental the smaller you are. most streamers are putting the cart before the horse by trying to BE streamers in the first place. streaming is a great way to engage with your community. the community you have already built elsewhere, ideally.
Love this comment! đ One of the videos Iâm currently working on is going to be covering the negative sides of Twitch Affiliation, because whilst there are some clear positives for a lot of people, like you mentioned there are so many negatives to be aware of too that I donât think a lot of people tend to think about as often that can really send a channel into almost immediate stagnation (especially for smaller streamers and people who solely stream as their content output)
â@@calscreation i am definitely looking forward to seeing that video. there is an unhealthy mindset people can fall victim to, trying to work harder instead of smarter by just streaming more. making small improvements to a stream won't change fundamental flaws in strategy
Mine is carx, I get better viewers when I play that game literally all my followers are from that, Iâd deffo recommend streaming smaller games for a start, I wanna hit my first thousand then switch it up abit
My problem is camera đ and microphone
What kind of problems are you having with them? Maybe I can help đ
@@calscreation i mean i dont have at all
Just bought microphone yesterday but camera is expensive
@@DELEFIfa I see! The good news is I think having the microphone is definitely more important, it was a good idea to get that first because you can now already start streaming and talking to people even without the camera, and hopefully down the line youâre able to pick one up, they are crazy expensive! In the mean time if you happen to have a phone, look into an app called droidcam, you can basically use your phones camera as your webcam, could be worth a try! đ
@@calscreation thanks bro
I do disagree with the fact that you should try to stick to games that are similar because it will grow your audience.
Because yeah you might get really famous because your known as a person who streams something. But like you said. You can switch it up later on after gaining some traction. But it donât really work to well that way.
Your growing your channel based off of a specific type of viewer. Thatâs giving yourself more of a false impression of viewers. Because the moment you think you are popping off and you switch games. Your numbers will drop like crazy.
Just like a relationship. You should get the person to like YOU.
Like you said. Itâs entertainment. You are entertainment. People follow you for you. Donât build your audience based off of a type of game. Or style off game. It should be based off of you. Stream what you want, switch it up, be entertaining, make outside content, be your abs grow that way.
forget all that and just do giveaways they always bring viewers lol
Nothing is more unimportant than the design of your follower bar or what overlays you are using...
i at least strongly believe this.. Time and money spend on these are better invested somewhere else.
Mostly, others have this tip because of some sort of affiliate link.
Fair enough my friend! I definitely think there is far more unimportant things, purely just because making sure you stand out on Twitch should always be a priority, I think the reason the style of art and overlays you use requires at least some effort from the streamer, otherwise you end up looking plain, or far too similar to everyone else on the platform if you simply use defaults and basic templates
But I love your point as there is also far more important things too though, I honestly donât think people need to spend much time on this, or any money at all, you can pretty much grab yourself free artwork for panels, overlays, alerts and everything from multiple websites now which is handy and thereâs hundreds of options, and it all takes a matter of minutes to setup thankfully, it 100% shouldnât be something people spend too long on, but having a professional and good looking stream sets people apart from the hundreds of thousands of people who donât bother đđ»
And man I really like you so far. But giveaways??? Your wanting people to grow their channel by using giveaways? Man thatâs not really sounding to good. Because youâll eventually get viewers who will only be there for the giveaway. Your building a false viewership. If people know your doing loads of giveaways, yeah your viewer count will grow. But itâs because people want stuff. Not because if them liking you. Or your content.
You donât even stream anymore on twitch đ
Hey dude!
I spend most of my free time streaming, making videos like these, and helping other streamers too, itâs not all via one channel đ
Obviously you donât need to take any of these tips though, sorry if you didnât find them helpful, have a blessed day! đ§Ą
