    Enjoyed the content.
    BUT! .. The "Media Offline" flickering scene may be a epilepsy trigger.
    Might want to reconsider that in the future.

    Eyyyy! Epidemic Sound hype! Love them. Only ever had one issue, and that's because one of the songs I used was coming up on Twitch as being "Remember Me" by Bella Ivy. Can't find that music whatsoever on the internet to see what it is, so I can only assume someone put in a copyright on a specific sound of some sort. Anyways, took a while but I located which song was tripping that and just removed it from my playlist. Thankfully, I was always able to successfully dispute it with Twitch and get the audio unmuted, since I knew I hadn't violated DMCA.

      The problem is that there are also copyright trolls who will take the song, publish it as "their own" and then start claiming copyright on them left, right, and center to get creators in trouble or take their money. However, this does tend to happen more on CZcams, this one may have been hit like that on Twitch as well.

    Is it okay for a beginner to livestream on Twitch, post long-form videos on one CZcams channel, and shorts on a second CZcams channel?

    • @ContentDelta
      @ContentDelta  Před 2 měsíci

      If you want to split your long form and short form that is okay, however if the content you are making is in the same niche then I would put them on the same channel.
      When people see your shorts you want them to click through to your long form content and watch that too, which is hard if the two channels are separated. Plus they are each in their own tab on your channel page so they do not clutter.
      The tip I give when people post shorts on the same channel though is to make sure to untick the "notify subscribers" box. It will help your short spread much further.

    Copyright free music is so horrible though. I have been streaming since it was still Justintv and i have tried all the tips of the time and the highest i ever got was 30 average (Not saying that isn't a lot.) and it didn't last long. (I have made a few different accounts over the years too because of burn out and just wanting to get away from my old names.) A LOT of the things Twitch growth channels say is just fucking horrible advice and overall just makes you stressed for no reason. I am someone who hasn't been able to work due to medical reasons since late 2018 so i have had nothing but time to test A LOT of these things. So i am just at that point of im going to use copyrighted music because if my channel gets banned then oh well. I stream for friends now anyways.

      Yeah, streaming is not easy and many of the tips that we (and channels like us) provide are not instant solutions to the growth problem and still require a lot of work to start with, that is why many of the videos have one topic so if you want to get better at something, you find a video for that and watch it and spend time implementing the tips.
      As for copyrighted music: There is quite a bit out there now that is really good and I mention a few of them in the video: StreamBeats by Harris Heller is completely free, as is Streemtunes. If you are willing to pay a monthly fee then PretzelRock and InfiniteAlbum are good choices, while for single time fees there are a lot of artists that will give you a commercial license for as little as $1 per song, such as Miracle of Sound.
      That being said, I'd advise not to use copyrighted music anyway. I wouldn't be happy if someone ripped my CZcams videos and used them for their own gain and I don't want to do that to other creators.

      @@ContentDelta the music gives me no gains. I understand what you mean though. Me playing their music to 5 people does nothing to them either though. If anything if people hear the music and they like it they will go support them anyways. If I made music I would 100% let people use my music and I know many Artists who do not care also. Quite a few of the bands I listen to wish they could have their music be royal free music but their greedy label companies say no because they want every single penny that lets be honest they didn't actually earn at all.

      The tips that go around the streaming community from years ago can stop you from growing at all. I've seen people that have streamed 7 days a week, 8 hours per day for a year and still only have themselves as viewer.
      I want that to stop and help them actually get viewers and grow their channel

    I stream on twitch and then I make like a tiktok of the stream on TikTok and then say my twitch in the description in the tiktok if I keep doing that will that make me grow more?

    • @ContentDelta
      @ContentDelta  Před měsícem

      Honestly, making content on other platforms (like TikTok) is an amazing way to grow your stream. The only thing you have to consider is that TikTok will often stop certain references to other platforms from spreading as far. Perhaps it is best not to put it in the description and only have your link in Bio until TikTok changes its algorithm again.
