Jermaine O'neal had the best punch the entire night. That sliding shoryuken was somethin serious
His career was never the same since
@@UndercoverSpill i know right. Preachin to a celtics fan🙆🏿♂️

If that punch fully connected.... that guy's life was over
Sliding shoryuken ahahahahahahahahahahaha
Rodman in his prime and Artest in his prime both guarding each other would be fun to watch
With all due respect to Ron, the Worm is the defensive goat, while Artest is one of the greats #levels
Ron will try to fight and get ejected because the antics
they both cant dribble for shit so it gone be hard to watch😂😂
@@nguyenhiep6425 where you get your knowledge from? NBA 2k?? They both can dribble, idk wtf you’re talking about.
@@Vito_Caligiuri this right here. People act like since someone doesn't come up the court with the ball or shoot 3s means they can't. No, it means we got this other dude or dudes who are better at that so let them do that and you do you lol
Matt said James dropped like a sack of potatoes 😂 this shit got me in tears!
he said i didn't even hit him that hard😂
Lmfao
Matt was out of bounds fa that one 😂😂😂😂

💀
Crazy thing is when Ron Artest changed his name to Metta World Peace he elbowed tf out of Harden the following year...
Saw that shit live. Kept trying to convince myself that he didn't elbow him on purpose 😂
The elbow to Harden was during the 11-12 season. Harden won Sixth man of the year.
elbowed him outta his mohawk Rons face when he did it had me dying🤣😂
That's called being human. He changed his name not because he was now a completely different person, it was his way of saying I am striving to be a better person, but he is still the same man he has always been. I've told friends and people around me not to use the word "retard" as its mean-spirited and there are better words one can use... but if I get worked up enough I have used the word myself. We are all hypocrites at times, what is our saving grace is we can continue to try to do better, to be better to the people around us... but we don't deserve to be written off if we slip and fail once in awhile.
If you watch the full episode here on CZcams he talks about that too.

He's also stoned beyond human comprehension here.
its his show lmao he came up with this and put it in motion Stack is his manz so of course he made the perfect co host to come along and talk some shhh too
Ron is honestly an inspiration. For a dude who struggles with Bi Polar disorder to have worked in an industry that is under a massive spotlight where every action is overanalyzed and for him to have been such a success is amazing. His Redemption story is amazing. I've worked with multiple patients with bipolar disorder before and their life is difficult to manage and even function properly. But this man still produced athletically at the highest level. It's honestly a massive achievement on his part.

Agreed man. Love Ron
I think that night changed Ron for the best.
He still is a champion 🏆 and he was a big part of that 🏆 Laker Nation will never forget 💛💜 I'm also the biggest Nas fan in the world so it was extra special to me for QB to get that 💍 being from Bmore, I wanted Melo to get that Ring so bad this year but these niggas go and trade for Westbrick 🤦🏾♂️
Metta felt the guilt even throughout for costing those Pacers and especially Reggie's ring, that's why his championship win he thanked all those Pacers teammates when he shot the final point to clinched it for the Laker..
Jack: “I couldn’t let that ride” all facts
@Brody Milan well partly was due to Reggie's last season.. owes a lot to him as he mentioned everybody on that Pacers roster
he did? i got to search that
@Dennis Leavitt 2005* and it would've more than likely been Miami vs Pacers. Miami was better than the Pistons that year.
@Dennis Leavitt The 2004 ECF was won by Detroit. They were the defending champions when the fight went down. The Pistons made The Finals but lost to San Antonio later that season in June of 2005. The Pacers were done after this and Pistons as well.
Bro Ronny legit talks like he's insane. 2020 Dennis Rodman vibes, LOL.

Ron isn't crazy. He's smart af. His brain is working overdrive and he's trying to convey all of the variances into a cohesive story.
Ah hah! You get it too.
Yup most people that are highly intelligent are seen as being crazy 🤪
As a long-time local Pacers fan, I can tell you that Ron isn't dumb, but he's way crazier than he is smart. He's dealt with it though, so good for him. After everything I was still sad to see him go. Heck of a talent.
Why are people afraid to say that any athlete is dumb? He's pretty dumb, it's okay though he can ball so he wins.
@@LifeHappensJustinTime if he was dumb, I wouldn't have any issues saying it. But he isn't. He overexcelled in math subjects in school and university. There are plenty of dumb athletes. Ron simply.isnt one of them.
Artest is apologizing for putting him in that position because he knew he was gonna ride for em. Thats real
That incident really changed the NBA. You don't see guys like Ron and Stephen in sports much anymore.

If you ever got to be around Artest (Metta at the time), which was possible when he was with the Lakers because he was so available to the community and fans, he is truly one of the most honest, genuine, and thoughtful people you can imagine.
Met him at a club where he performed. Coolest ass dude.
As a pacer fan. The mallice at the palace is always a moment where I wish never happened. Because that year with that team I really believed that was the year we were gonna win it all. Reggie, Ron, Jermaine, Stephen, and Jeff foster….if that event never happened…we would have won the whole thing. That team was something special. @Pascal siakam thank you sir for that info. I always check them out on CZcams.
I remember watching that game live in utter disbelief. We were all just stunned. At the time I was about 10 mins away from there too. It is good to hear those guys' perspective on it.
When Stephen Jackson said he followed through with the beer they threw I died 😂
That pacers team was the toughest team in the league in a long time back then. Jackson and artest alone were scary as hell. Indiana really could’ve won a title that season too...it was a shame. That Pacers just always have a team that’s balls no matter what. They NEVER flop and hardly EVER have bad seasons. Just always an intriguing team
Jackson was shit lol 😆 😂 🤣
Sounds like Jamal Tinsley is the one to blame for all of this. The game was over and he hyped up Ron knowing what he would do.
Jamaal Tinsley IS to blame for the brawl by telling Ron that he can get his foul now. That was really stupid and fucked up of him to say and do. I wanted the Pacers to win the title because I was a bug fan of Reggie Miller
@@KingGemini87- Couldn't expect anything less from Jamaal Tinsley. After all, he played at Iowa State for Larry Eustachy.
O’Neal’s punch legendary
I won't ever forget watching this live. I was in grade school. Stayed up late to catch the game, when Ben pushed Ron all of the Pistons fans KNEW he was pissed. Ben never reacts that way. When Ron was on the table and the beer came in.....it was gg.

100% refs fault. Something I failed to notice when I saw this game and the fight live.
After re-watching it after all these years you'll realize the refs literally just stood around
doing nothing for a good 1 minute after the chaos broke out. They could've easily shut
it all down long before it escalated into the stands.
I agree. The refs should have immediately ejected Ben Wallace from the game and escorted him off the court. If you watch the Netflix video, Ben Wallace is Still on the court even after Ron Artest and the Pacers have been escorted out.
Yes refs were clearly on the sides on the Pistons I’m convinced
