There are more than 28,000 failed refugee claimants facing warrants to be removed from Canada, according to the Trudeau government.
Between 2017 and 2023, a total of 321,788 people applied for asylum, but just 145,751 or 45% have been accepted. The rest have been rejected, have abandoned or withdrawn their applications, or are still in process.

How can this be when Canada is always looking for skilled workers, can't these asylum seekers be utilize.
Something like that was done during the pandemic period when some who worked in the health care were allowed to apply for PR.
They can be utilised better at home. Canada owe them nothing.
