@@jdog434 I got lucky and ended up at University of Rochester Colorectal cancer center.. had 12 inches cut out but the connection failed so I ended up with a Coloscopy bag for 4 months so I could heal up inside.. had my reversal surgery Jan 9th and I got a scan that should I'm 100% cancer free.. they will check me every year for 5 years and then I'm good.. also no kemo needed..

This video is awesome! The only thing that's something to note, is avoiding breakfast will usually cause cortisol to spike in the mornings, causing your hormones to shift in a way that will encourage them to store fat and cortisol in particular wants to store it directly to the abdomen. Of course you could fast through it, but imo it's much more worth having a small protein/fat breakfast to discourage cortisol levels from rising and you don't have to starve as long as your calories are low enough.

God Bless you and your family. I downloaded the app, and I am interested in working out to at least slim down first. I have recently changed my diet to include more rice and potatoes and fish (salmon) and I have tired fasting and eating more fruits and vegetables. I love eating avocados now in the morning with a clove of garlic and a piece of ginger root. It is nice you mentioned coffee I have been drinking some coffee in the morning. I need to exercise more and include a workout with weights and a consistent routine. And I need to work hard to be able to fast a least one meal like you. I just wanted to say thank you for the App I downloaded it. And thank you for love in your video it is very informative. Thank you.

Cool video! Just one question, right now I‘m trying to recomp and achieve 12% body fat. How do I know when I’m 12%? The thing is, my arms/legs/face are very lean and I store most of my fat on my waist. Should I go for a certain waist measurement? Or is that also largely influenced by the muscle mass on my abs?
I’ve always gotten close to having a six pack when training hard but always held onto lower belly fat. This year is my year, I’ve been on point so far, I’m 6ft 84kg in December to 79kg today abs are starting to really pop, my goal is to get to 75kg by July 🔥

Errr day im doing 100 leg raises and 100 pushups at work as well as my 4 day a week workouts weights and kettlebells. Intermittent fasting def helps im getting close to the 6 pack. Hard work baby lets gooo

Recently I changed my life style a couple a months ago and became more active that’s all. I didn’t change my diet at all but the activity level was really high because I was doing temp construction work and I went from 106kg to 94kg in like a month in half. Now I’m back to my normal office job but I saw how much I lost and I want to keep going. I’m tracking calories now and going to the gym and I’m down to 90kg now I really hope to get 80kg by May and then keep pushing. I used to be fit before and then I got fat , I want to feel sexy again hahaha

I prefer the lean and athletic frame compared to the bodybuilder type. The former is my natural frame. There are some guys and girls at my gym going for the bodybuilder look. I though am not jumping on the bandwagon. Being lean and athletic is the way to go!

Question, after you calculate your goal weights caloric needs and grams of protein to facilitate this effort, what percentage of each meal should the macro spread be? 30% Protien, 30% fats, and 40% carbs? or would a different distribution be most optimal for fat loss?
Not as important at beginning, if you like more fats then take away some carbs for fats , if you like carbs then take it away from the fats . Wouldn’t worry til your months in

Abs are built in the gym, but revealed in the kitchen. Six pack = low body fat + hypertrophy of abdominal muscles. You need both, not one of the two.
