Anxiety and self hatred hasn’t gone away. Everytime I force myself to take action my whole body freezes up and I can’t control it. My therapist says my mom has something called borderline personality disorder.
I enjoy living vicariously through David’s videos but I’ll never have his life. My body just freezes up on its own when I try to ask a girl out and my voice gets really high pitched and awkward.

I used to have excuses to not go to the gym. "I dont have enough allowance" i used to say. Now i have a job at 13 and i go to the gym every single day. And it all happend out of itself. I just discovered what i have been doing

Some people within my inner circle talk to me like shit as I haven't been able to hold down a job. So if you're a millionaire and still get disrespectful shit thrown in your face, then that's a bummer. I make videos out in open places and are often self-conscious about it. I've even made videos in public with people looking at me funny for doing it. I just think, I'm making content that people are happily watching, so that's what really counts. I might not be raking the views in but it gives myself a warm sense of pride inside that people are watching and liking it.

For me I've been putting off playing music live and getting better at the craft, when I have the oppurtunity to easily join friends. I also have been putting off finishing my BA. Im considering a finance degree, but I have so much social anxiousiety and ADD I believe. Ive been against meds for so long, but I feel like it ls the only way for me at this point. Can relate so much to your story. The only difference is that I actually do like software development. But I've been numbing myself for so long that I don't even know what I'm trying to hide anymore. I've been focusing on the gym for about 1,5 years now to gain some confidence and it's working. Never went to the gym before that, started being the fat kid when I joined primary school, only in college I started loosing weight. I'm still kinda skinny fat now, but I'm working on myself.

I’m a freshman in college. I played sport all my life. But I got caught with the trends of starting an online business but it didn’t feel like me so I’m dropping out I had failed my classes.
