I feel you, I am a pescatarian living in Ghana, but there are quite a few options. Waakye, koose, fried or roasted plaintain with nuts, sobolo, and fried yam with stew are all good street food options that someone with your diet can eat. Ghana cuisines are actually not as meat/chicken heavy as people may think.

Gosh, I used to eat kenki fried fish and pepper in the leaf and for some reason it made it taste better. Fruit even tastes better lol. Your seriously making me jealous 😂 but I'm enjoying watching you enjoying your best life. Keep these videos coming! My mum is 83 and she's not great with technology but my husband and I bought her a smartphone and she's slowly getting used to it but she's managed to find your channel lol. Bowl fruit, that's how I pronounce it, was one of my favourites but I can't find it or can't find anyone that makes it the same way they make it in Ghana. Send me some please 😂😂. Take care sweetheart and thanks for sharing ❤
