Actually the two cars racing on the autobahn should get fined after German law. I have no sympathy for that, either.
If soemone gets killed in this situation, they even might go to prison for life (generally meaning 15 years, at least). There are no speed limits on many parts of the autobahn. But racing is strictly forbidden. Also is surpassing on the left lane. This is criminal.
You have a mistake there. You are not allowed to overtake cars on the right. You are only allowed to overtake on the left.

The Video on 8:34 is iconic in germany for the car community. Its an Porsche 911 Carerra 4 from 2012 vs Audi RS4 B5 from 1999. The Audi RS4 is probably nearly stock cause the Porsche got 350PS/390Nm and the Audi RS4 got 380PS/440Nm. And by the way the Audi RS4 B5 is one of the most iconic Audi and RS models.
