    This stuff doesnt rust the non aluminum bolt heads or anything like that? I used something similar in the past and it would cause anything that was steel to start rusting

    That aluminum cleaner is impressive. It doesn't affect the plastics in any way if it gets on them I guess? I'll pick some up for sure.

      What did you end up finding that worked good? Cleaning up an 88 Yamaha motor 4 350 currently and go back and forth between WD-40 and other random shit I have lying around but still on the hunt for a good all purpose cleaner for older stuff like this that can actually clean oil and gunk but also protect after so it doesn't rust.

      yeah its acid I use this to clean my aluminum dump trailer for my 18 wheeler no way im spraying this on my atv as long as you keep it clean after each ride it will stay new looking like mine got 700 + miles been through tons of mud but it still looks like it just came off the show room floor because I pressure wash it ever time i get it home it has never had mud n dirt on it over night ever!

    • @alphapackoffroad
      @alphapackoffroad Před 3 lety +2

      @@jovanygarcia2473 I soak a rag with vinegar, spray down motor with vinegar and then lay the rag over it and let sit over night. Or use a brush and soak it with vinegar and brush the places you want cleaned. Vinegar won't hurt plastics or rubber parts like acid can. Cleans parts very well without the worries of damaging other things.
