Quick Sound Design Trick: Reverb Pitch Shifting

  • Initially the idea was to create a tutorial on how to create risers out of recorded sounds (or pretty much anything). One to do this is to utilize a reverb not only to create a white noise-like texture but also to introduce pitch-movement that's typically associated with a riser, which is a nice little sound design trick that can be used to create a lot of different sounds.

    Ni raum with freeze mode and adjusting the size over time up or down can create an interesting riser or downer effect 👍🤘
