3. Natural Resources: Oman has significant reserves of oil and gas, which contribute to its economic growth.
4. Investment Incentives: The Omani government offers incentives such as tax exemptions, land grants, and simplified procedures for foreign investors.
5. Tourism Potential: Oman is investing in developing its tourism sector, offering opportunities for investment in hotels, resorts, and infrastructure.
UAE:
1. Business Hub: The UAE, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi, is known for its business-friendly environment and acts as a regional hub for various industries such as finance, logistics, tourism, and real estate.
2. Infrastructure: The UAE has invested heavily in infrastructure development, including world-class airports, ports, and transportation networks.
3. Free Zones: The UAE offers numerous free zones that provide tax benefits, 100% foreign ownership, and simplified regulations for businesses.
4. Diversified Economy: The UAE has successfully diversified its economy beyond oil and gas, with sectors such as tourism, real estate, finance, and technology playing a significant role.
5. Market Access: The UAE provides access to a large consumer market in the Middle East and North Africa region.
