U submit the decided amount for 5 to 10 years and when you are eligible for receiving the profit. You have left UAE and in your home country and no longer hold a valid visa/Emirates ID anymore.

You will still get the profit - the amount can be withdrawn in the form of cheque which can be retrieved as cash from the bank with your regular ID / passport

Does it come under the category of usury..? because the profit rate is fixed, and taking fixed profit every month is undoubtedly usury and is also forbidden in Shariah...
as per National bond's website, they are sharia compliant.

It is very straightforward - you just have to buy online OR easiest way is to buy through Al Ansari exchange.

if the inflation is at 10%, none of the fixed income instruments will match that in USD terms.

5 saal baad Jo value AED 5000 ki thi vohi value AED 7500 ki hogi ......Not a good Scheme.....On the other hand if someone invest in Property ( In UAE or Pak ...He can get good return.....
It is not as simple. Diversification into safe options is also important. However, I agree, the profit rate in current scenario is not the best one, we can have better options - but all depends on individual’s investing acumen.
