Excellent analysis! I'm Italian and I do love Prosecco, and another pairing I would suggest is with risotto... give it a try, it's a match made in heaven, believe me! :)
Picked up a copy of your book, and then immediately got another as a gift for my sister. You rock!
I've Allentown time in Valdobbiadene with prosecco producers. I'm thankful you shine light on this topic for many of prosecco drinkers.
I found this super informative. I was just asking an employee at an Italian market, in the wine section, about finding a good prosecco and I feel like this video armed me with much more info!
To compare Prosecco to champagne, you have to buy Prosecco Millesimato or better still, the Top is the Cartizze, I tell you this because they are originally from Treviso Italy, the prosecco area.🍾
Merry Christmas from Down Under! My wife and I spent a long and leisurely Christmas lunch at our favorite Northern Italian inspired restaurant in my hometown. We always order their finest prosecco to start the first few courses. It is no folly, that I have found your channel and have totally geeked out on all the new facts about our favorite Italian style. I will be pressing my local wine providores to stock the more interesting varieties. During our Christmas lunch this year, our surprise pairing was rose petal risotto. My wife said that it is princess food, so guess what I will be making in 2023. Have a safe holiday and don't stop paying it forward by sharing your knowledge! Salute!
This is really well done - so helpful! Thank you 🙏
Well you learn something new every day.........lots of things! 💁♂. So much I didn't know about Prosecco!. I never heard of the martinotti method?. Thank you for the constant funnel of knowledge 😉👍🥂
❤ My mouth is watering. I will definitely check it out. Thank you for this video.😊
I’m going to Conegliano Valdobbiadene next week, I can’t wait !
The best Prosecco is the one that
Fantastic info as usual. Cheers with Cartizze 🥂
Another excellent educational vid.. thanks 😊
Nani Rizzi. Hands down the best and my favorite Prosecco. Their brut (I call it their “Copper Top”) is amazing! Hard to find outside of Friulli but I’d love to see it become more popular everywhere.
Thank you!! I’ve loved Prosecco even before it became fashionable, but I didn’t know I was using the wrong glasses, since I have always used flutes. Now I know better.
like all your video's ...very nice made !
Great video. Will definitely look out for better quality Prosecco. I prefer champagne for the finer quality more palatable bubbles... But of sparkling wines, Prosecco is definitely one of the better ones.
I’m so excited for your wine club! I signed up the second I got the email! You guys are masters! Can’t wait!!!
Perfect!! Thanks
as an italian i really appreciate your video describing Processo sparkling wine. well done 👍😜
