I am glad you put this up. I have been couponing for 41 yrs now. I have seen So many people just go crazy and wind up buying things they will never use. I have taught many people how to coupon, but better yet I went with them to the stores. Teaching control is a big part of couponing. When I am couponing for the food bank or the animal shelter I will go all out for them.
They are so right. I have 124 shavers, 98 bottles of shampoo, and112 tubes of toothpaste, and more great savings tomorrow.
My mistake was thinking I had to do every deal there was... even if it wasn’t that great... so much money wasted 😩
I didn’t know 10/$10 sales meant you could buy 1. I thought you had to buy 10 to get the deal. I ate a LOT of tuna in my early days

Some store you do have to but most of the time...Yup you can just get 1.
At walgreens u have to or its more for one
Sometimes when the store has deals like this 10 for $10 the label says or $1 each.
Do not have a lot of accounts at any one store. I had 5 accounts a one store and went crazy trying to take advantage of all the deals that were a limit. No one needs 60 bottles of shampoo, 85 tubes of toothpaste, or 135 razors.

I just was shopping 5-6 days a week and it was exhausting. I now let myself shop 2 days a week and unless I am actually low on a product (lately hairspray/stylers) and a good deal pops up THEN I’ll go. When you first get into it you have no idea that you will STILL get good deals!
I just started couponing like 6 weeks ago, well I have a huge stock pile lol. But it's so crazy the feeling you get when your get great deals, like this weekend dollar general had there clearance event well I went Friday Saturday and not gonna lie I'm going today.

im a new couponer and ive done all of these things. my item that i thought was a steal was the battery operated air freshers by glade gt them for $5 at dollar general bought one for every room lol to only see them go on sale 2 wks later for that price lol oh yeah this was about 7 years ago
Are services like WeCouponClipz blurring the line between illegal and legal? I've noticed that all coupons say "void if purchased or sold", but WeCouponClipz classifies themselves as a clipping service, rather than a coupon shop. And if WeCouponClipz does in fact violate the terms on the coupon, is it illegal, or is it simply unethical? And is it illegal as a consumer to be buying these coupons and using them in store?

Whenever I go to the stores and I bring up the second line, where it says limit 2 like coupons, they dont allow it. They stop at the first sentence
Years ago when Vo5 shampoo first appeared in my native Bulgaria, it was only one variety, and only sold at high-end stores and marketed as a miracle shampoo. Sure enough, it cost a fortune. Fast forward a few years later, I moved to the USA to discover that Vo5 is sold in 100+ varieties and it is the cheapest shampoo money can buy. Don't believe the hype. Suave is not much more different than Pantene. It's all a marketing brainwashing to convince us to spend more for a product of the same quality.
Does anyone know which stores accept printable coupons? Dollar General supposedly does and I took some but they were in black and white and they refused to take them!

About the shampoo, I do use coupons. But, I'll stick with my suave thank you. I hate pantene, it just makes my hair weird.

They need to change the first 2 sentence around😂 just because the cashiers read the first one you feel screwed 😵 you explain the second sentence to them and they just mention the first sentence to the coupon 🤦♀️

Hi all, I never thought about using coupons, instead (sorry to say) I always thought how annoying when I got a person in front of me using coupons. Now I see that savings (now with a family, 2 kids, 2 dogs and a mortgage) is could me helpful. I want to start couponing but I have a few questions and to tell the truth a little bit scare (lack of knowledge).
1. If I print coupons online, will they work in any store, like Vons, Aldi, Trader's, Walmart, etc...
2. The coupons that we get delivered to our home, they are specific to each store, if I remember correctly?
3. How do I know every stores policies. Like how many coupons per item can I use, or I a store will validate, not sure how it's called when you have a surplus of coupons money and it can be applied to other items, or other store coupons policies.
4. I think that's it for now.

I actually just came from dollar general. I have a $2 off manufacture coupon from P&G ,and i have my $2 digital DG coupon. I proceed to the register to check out . I only have one item, and that is the Downy liquid infusions conditioner, which is on sale for $4.I Put my number in on the keypad . Which took off $2 and then I handed the cashier my $2 off paper coupon. She states to me that “ my manufacture paper coupon is not being accepted. The system is not gonna accept another coupon that’s the same value as the store coupon.”
Can you please give me your advice on that scenario.

I did the same thing with pantene...I bought like 40 bottles ....and then realized that pantene goes on gift card promo almost every month at target...and is on sale everywhere when the pg inserts come out....I used to use VO5 all the time

I just started weeks ago and I have so much stuff so I need to stop also some times I got to print a coupon online and it will only print the "Thank you for printing" but no coupon and it would not let me print it because it's counting it as a printed? This has happened to me many times like a couple weeks ago where you could print the arm and hammer coupons off of the website and it was a deal at Walgreens to get the power packs and the detergent for 0.99 cents and sadly it wouldn't let me print it because it thought i already did .

No, unfortunately you can't use a BOGO coupon on one item and another coupon on the identical 2nd item. Technically, the BOGO coupon applies to both products.
I don't know about you guys but Pantene always makes my hair dry, opaque, my hair falls so much it is ridiculous. I don't have a problem with any other shampoo other than Pantene😒 my hair likes Aussie the best

I heard when I was in cosmetology that pantenes pH is too high so it actually starts to strip your hair. So if you have hard water once a week with Pantene is good to get rid of build up

Yvonne Cuevas I guess but Pantene has a bunch of silicones sulfates and Parabens which strip your hair the damage will most likely be able to be seen on curly hair by frizzing up this could also happen to straight hair .I have 2b-2c hair and perder to coupon whole blends and Herbal essences and The Suave Professionals at family dollar with coupons .You could also tell which ones have no chemicals in the front or back it will say not tested on animals or cruelty free.
Yes, I hate Pantene it is too harsh on my hair. I have straight hair and it has always dried it out, makes it frizzy and it starts to tear since the first use that's why I just avoid it. I am an OGX Shampoo and hair oils lover but I am not picky and use whatever I get a good deal on. My hair has no problem with other shampoos other than Pantene. My hair even does well with VO5 but screams for mercy when I used Pantene in the past😂 I just pass on the Pantene deals. I used to coupon Pantene because I would sometimes get them super cheap like .75 cents a bottle cheap thinking I could give it away to family and friends who might want them. Unfortunately I got stuck with them because no one wanted them so I ended up donating about 80 bottles of shampoo and 80 bottles of conditioner to a shelter. You should have seen their faces when I arrived hauling all that Pantene😂 one lady even said I had a shopping problem😳
Pantene lol Chile her hair should use suave lol!!! Read your ingredients you putting in your hair and place it in your skin, that’s how you pick the shampoo for you

My questions are:
1. Where do you get your coupons?
2. I always try to match up the sales at a store with coupons & Ibotta savings and it gets to be a lot; should I be doing this? If so, how do you do it without going crazy.
Also, I went to buy some turkey sticks and had a coupon for $1 off of one (a), and $1 off of two (b). So I was buying 2 packages and used two of (a) and one of (b). The girl told me I couldn’t do that even though nowhere did it have a limit on per purchase/transaction/household. It was my first couponing experience since following you guys so I got excited that I did it correctly.

Can we save the coupon as a PDF and print it whenever required?
No you cannot. You can only use the bar code on the coupon once. Also, don’t print a coupon with the same bar code more than once. If you have two identical printed coupons, the numbers on the bar code need to be different. So when you are printing and the printer asks for how many copies, just click on one.

I get confused on the 1 identical coupon lingo. Does that mean I can use 2 identical or just that 1 coupon only?
If it says one per purchase, it means one per item you buy (though I have had cashiers not understand that and its frustrating). If it says 1 identical coupon or 1 like coupon, then you can only use one period.

This weeks p&g tide coupons didn’t work together on two separate items at target. I used one for the tide pods and a separate one that allowed for the tide liquid. I was told even though they are different items with different kinds of coupons I could only use one and the coupon for the tide pods didn’t work. 🤷🏻♀️
I have had trouble with all my tide coupons from the March PG. they haven’t scanned at CVS or Target. Super annoying. Thankful the stores I go to, everyone is super cool and always push them through...
I’m brand new to couponing so when something goes wrong I just tell the cashier it’s okay and not to worry about it. I have ran into a couple nice ones that just over ride it.

I just started couponing and still dont know what a good "stock up price" per item is. I also have had cashiers say "it says 1 per transaction" and wouldnt let me use more... it can be slightly embarassing to try and explain that's not correct and sometimes they still will not let me use them even if it says limit 2 they see the "1 per transaction"and tell me I can only use 1...recently happened at cvs and messed up my total bad.
jessie justus I coupon at CVS multiple times a week and have never had issues.. CVS coupon policy states that you can use one MANUFACTURER coupon & 1 CVS coupon (if available) per item. Next time they give you an issue, pull up the information straight from their website because it could just be that the cashier/manager is not familiar with the company’s policy. If you keep having issues at this 1 location, I would try to contact CVS customer service (they’re great! Very helpful & knowledgable) to provide feedback and hopefully get their staff trained. BUT if one store says no, move on to the next. The savings are worth it at the end!

Yes! That's my problem. Ink and paper is expensive and I hate wasting
I did that when I started and wasted so much paper and ink. I now just print high value coupons and coupons for items I know I’m going to use or donate.
Library Lady the thing about it, printing coupons online can be really beneficial after the week they premiere. It’s risky only printing certain coupons because last thing we want is to miss out on a deals! Sucks to never know what to print, how many, or when 🤦🏾♀️
Brianna Walker I agree, so I always max out prints on what I know I use on a regular basis or donate on regular basis. I just don’t print coupons on items I know I am likely to never use/donate. Not saying that I never have waste, just a whole lot less. It comes with time and knowing your own spending habits. Thing that I have learned is that sales always cycle around and I will likely see a deal again before long. I also have a tiny house, it’s mine but it’s tiny, and I just don’t have room for a huge stockpile! 😉 Good luck on your couponing journey!

"Per purchase" usually refers to that particular product intended for "purchase"
Like if you have 2 candy bars you could use 2 coupons...one on each.
I have a question regarding BOGO sales with a BOGO coupon. Recently there was a BOGO sale at Walgreens which people were matching a BOGO coupon; stating to purchase 4 and only pay for 1. It's just not clicking for me - how does that work?

@@gwendorphins7 That's what I thought too; but they were getting 4 for the price of 1. I didn't get the coupon so I wasn't able to try it.
That is because they were BOGO free, so they bought one, got the second free. Bought the third and got the fourth for free. Then they applied a BOGO free manufacture coupon to the third item. Because they bought the first, then the coupon applies to the third. So they would end up paying for the first original one. Does that make sense? Now im not sure if that is the right way to do it (rules being followed), but that’s how they were getting away with only paying for one. They combined the store sale with the coupon.

You can stack a manufacturer, a store coupon, and a rebate on the same item if the item qualifies for all three :)
The online coupon is the same as the manufacturer coupon so you can’t use both.
I enjoyed your alls video can i suggest people learn they can use their coupon free stuff or discounted to help other than friends family but donate items they get with coupons to older people churches families in need and kids to all we can reach and help and not be greedy having a caring ❤ instead of me me me selfish ❤ and leave some of the items if their is a lot for someone else where they can save
When you have a manufacturer coupon for 1 item. And it says limit 1 coupon per purchase. Does that mean just 1 manufacturer and cant use any digital coupons with it correct or can you use both coupons?
Most of the time digital coupons are manufacturer coupons. Like dg. They sometimes have store coupons that say store coupon in big black letters, those can be used with a manufacturer coupon if you have one

Some good CZcams channels that helped me learn everything about couponing is Christa coupons, one cute couponer, and running kimono are my favorites. Sorry for rambling lol good luck!
OMG.... so apparently I'm REALLY new to this as I've never used a coupon, never downloaded an app (how do you scan a receipt???) so I'm in need of a "back to basics/tutorial/what the app looks like/ how the app works" sort of video!!! *oh, i forgot I did put ebates on my computer and every time I shop I get money if they take ebates!!!! I've "made" $480 so far!!!!! Wow, now I feel a little better about being so slow to this.... I'm sort of a big deal in the saving money world with ebates! LOL.... but want to move on, and save more. debi powell yes with fetch rewards. If you know of someone using it already get there referral code for a bonus. Ibotta has a bunch of stores in there app with a hole variety of item specific offers. Again if you know of someone with ibotta and get there referral code for a bonus when you submit your first receipt
Start with couponing at cvs. If you have one near you. It’s the easiest to learn. Download cvs app. Join beauty program. And start watching cvs 101 couponing videos. Buy newspapers on sundays at dollar trees or sava lot where they are a dollar.

Cvs, Walgreens, and Rite Aid in Los Angeles have ecoupons. Some grocery stores are also starting to have ecoupons.
Does anybody know if we can use coupons at the .99 only store? That’s where I shop for almost everything since it’s 2 minutes walking distance from my house.
Krystina Saragos not everyone accepts coupons. If it is a privately owned 99 cent store then they probably won’t take coupons because a lot of the time they don’t get many customers. I would ask them and see what they say
Dang. I never get good deals. I get the coupons, but It seems like it is still cheaper to by the store brand. How in the heck can anyone get Tide for $1.49. That would never happen for me.

So I'm a cashier and can u tell your people that when you print it fine. But don't copy it and keep copying them if the numbers are the same I will not take your other coupons I check those numbers and yes they are different. So when you tell them to print not to copy

Typically you can only print 2 of the same coupon per account :)
If you can only use 1 cpn per transaction, do multiple transactions.
