Jokes aside yea I can't imagine. Though it's probably much faster for him now than it was when he first started. Once you get the flow it makes things easier. But still, I have headaches just thinking about the fraction of editing he does.
I think he said in one of the comments, it would be a three month wait, which is fine by me.... Pint out here dropping new videos faster than Blizz releases content (or a lack thereof)

I saw an empty plot in the Mist, someone left to do something and I managed to buy it while they were gone. It only took me 20 minutes to find and buy a house. :)
Similar to me. Lavenderbed 11 smol plot. No one Around it. I go there and buyed it. No Problems. I learned later about the Insanity of Housing.

I move my waterfront medium plot 41 on lavender beds. The sunset comes across the front steps. Took me years to get it on another server from where I originally started.

Yeah buying a house currently is a hardcore clicker game. In Endwalker they plan on making it an auction to the highest bidder and also add more housing plots
It's not an auction, it's a lottery system.
If it become auction, you will witness the hell breaks loose of evil economy both in game and real money.
If there's a max bid then the dangers might be somewhat averted. Can just have the price +1000 every new bid or something. Many other ways things can be.

Once you acquire a house anywhere, you can simply just transfer to another. So getting at least 1 is vital.
