THE AUDACITY FROM HIM AND THE FACT HE DOESNT EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT HE DID WRONG
I KNOW!! DISGUSTING
@semi "but its her fault too because being open is very important. Like me. I never hid anything from her, ever."
Don't understand it either. Almost every dude does what he does. not necessarily to make fun of her, but more to make fun of yourself. He even said he's half a virgin, so how could he be making fun of her
She's not in the right at all. Not saying he is either. He seems like a douche, sure.
IKR THE AUDACITY WTF
@@lIlIllIlIllIlllIllIIIIIIIIIlII he wasn’t making self deprecating humor in his stand up, it was all making fun of her and sharing intimate details that would only be okay to share if he asked her first and didn’t go out of his way to hide it from her
Ghosted sounds really Invasive. Imagine just leaving someone creepy and then they track u dowm using some randos find u and force u to talk to them. Like, WHAT THE FUCK. who thought this was a good idea!?!?!
Just about to comment this, I hope this show is fake because wtf
I think it was trying to play off the success of catfish but it’s different bc there’s super valid reasons why someone might ghost the other person

Unbelievably irresponsible of the organiser of Tinderella to give out that’s girl’s email
And gross that he brought her home after it too. Like I get that it's a silly little dating event but that's still very unprofessional
they’re enabling stalking so easily
how does anyone think this is real...
@@emilyb.8219I feel like her hooking up is a personal decision.
She's an adult. She can say no.

So…he’s acting like he didn’t know that the comedy would be offensive to her but he specifically went out of his way to hide it from her? How does that make sense?
no he had to have known what he was doing
Bad writing on a fake show lol
So the guy who runs "Tinderella" gives out client info freely and therefore absolutely can not be trusted even beyond the lack of trust he should already have as a guy that runs something called "Tinderella". Thats the point of that first bit yeah?
yeah plus just openly sharing on tv that he took her home that night?? thats pretty scummy too
It’s most likely staged, but yeah it’s pretty fucked up
He also apparently sleeps with people he meets there, which is a big red flag in general.
!!!!!!
Also hooking up with her afterwards like shouldn’t you be more professional than that? Hosting a dating show and hooking up with contestants is inappropriate and a bad look for you
this guy is who i’m gonna imagine now everytime i see a comment that says “wow, nobody can take a joke anymore. the world is so sensitive”
hahahah fuck the problem is I always assume anyone I meet online that acts like that is too immature to NOT be a kid/young adult.... but no you can stay stupid apparently
I just wonder why some people laughed those "jokes" 😒

the way he immediately invalidates her once he finds out that his shitty stand up is why she left is very telling.
This dude is literally a red flag. He couldn't accept that she picked another dude, he managed to get her email without her knowledge and he's basically stalking her.
This could be a PSA commercial about stalking, and when people you meet are a red flag.
Right! Every little detail about this is so creepy.
"just cause i'm a stalker"
He also refused to see any fault with himself until she broke down crying. And he kinda looks like Elliot Roger
she wasn't that bothered because she dated him for 6 months
"she's openly bisexual and i'm still half a virgin" does he think all bisexuals sleep around
Also, what does half a virgin mean? He's only slept with a woman and not a man? He lost his straight virginity but not the gay half.
@@NateBeeman that seems to be what it means.
Yes. Yes he does.
I think MTV used to make that impression. I remember a show they had where it was like the bachelor but with bisexuals.
yeah that was really fucking gross
I love how they just gloss over the fact that in his stand-up, he basically implies that she's like, a practice girlfriend to learn sex stuff from. Talking about how now he's going to go to PTA meetings to pick up the women he -really- wants. That's the MOST disrespectful part of the routine and they don't even touch it.
Remember, kids: if you play the victim hard enough, eventually the girl you emotionally abused will admit she was the one who messed up!
....yeah...
Ah, gaslighting 101, very effective, especially at ruining their self-esteem, mental health, experiences with romance and even more!
Nailed it!
Why'd they even ask if she would ghost him again... she was in a relationship lmao
that's what i was shouting for that entire part... it's like they just forgot about that fact?? gee...
I was hoping that they’d show him saying that he now wants to ghost her. TRIPLE GHOST!
FRR
but she said that she still loves him?????? that was the most confusing part for me
They all must have forgotten about the script at that point. Maybe this story is real or completely staged or somewhere in between. This is 'reality' TV after all.
"I made disrespectful jokes about her and now I gaslight her for being mad about it but idk why she doesn't like me anymore"
'and i went out of my way to hide those jokes from her bc i knew she wouldn't like it so i don't get why she doesn't like me doing it now'
Ikr
It's a total mystery.
she's way too dramatic about it though. Like this must be extremely fake. Ok in the moment you could feel hurt or even break up, but 9+ months later and this girl has moved on and has a relationship but she's still crying? About what? Because a guy exposed her daddy kink????? ????
@@lIlIllIlIllIlllIllIIIIIIIIIlII That itself is a insensitive thing to say. She was already going through quite a bit and she could be a very sensitive person. I myself know what it is like for people to make jokes about you about things you told them personally to others. Even if your name isn't told or anything, it still hurts, especially if you have dealt with things like bullying, loss, etc.
He literally said that he was grateful for her naïveté in teaching him all these new things so that he could use them to get ‘better’ girls that he actually wanted wtffffff
I want to give that first girl a hug :(
No one should ever have to go through their significant other telling everyone your sexual business. Its messed up. I hope she’s doing alright now.
I know this video is ostensibly comedy, but I am genuinely so pissed at Ross. This dude comes in acting like a meek victim of unfair heartbreak, blatantly misrepresents the context of the relationship, is _visibly ashamed_ when his disgusting "comedy" is exposed, and then _gets upset with Jordan for overreacting‽_ At least Jordan seemed happy in that last clip of her. Now I just hope the world joins me in never giving Ross another moment's thought ever.
I watched this whole episode, and what he was actually upset about was her not confronting him.
EDIT: I highly recommend watching the episode before this one: season 1 episode 1. They help two best friends reunite. It’s what I wish the whole show was like.
@@nickc3657 It’s not her job to tell him to be a better person?
@@nickc3657 he knew already the jokes were inappropriate and wildly hurtful, that's why he wouldn't tell her about the comedy shows. he had every opportunity to bring it up or change his material but he kept doing it for SIX MONTHS! obviously she didn't feel safe or comfortable enough to confront him about it, he probably would've made a "joke" about that too. it's literally entirely his fault
Ok, obviously I touched a nerve lol- I’m not defending Mr. Demi-virgin. Just trying to clear up a plot point based on what I remember from the show.
And he’s literally the ultimate soyboy

I could cry when looking at my like dislike ratio. I have so many jealous people that my videos always get way more dislikes than likes. Please don't be jealous, dear jim
They're actors, dude
It's a scripted show, my guy
It might be a year later, but the amount of red flags given off is scary. Especially stating that he's spent 9 months trying to wrap his head around why the relationship ended, when they only dated for 6... truly terrifying. And taking it to a whole other level by getting an MTV show to track her down. There's something seriously wrong. Definitely obsessive and possessive personality traits showing. I would get a restraining order.
Hey... Obsessive and possessive "personality traits" is not the way to put it. There are mental illnesses with that, such as bpd, dpd, and old. We don't need to demonize mental illness, especially those with a stigma around it.
@@NoctisTheBogWitch nobody even brought up mental illnesses though?? i agree mental illnesses and personality disorders shouldn't be stigmatized and demonized, but still those kinds of behaviors aren't okay
Being bisexual has nothing to do with how much sexual experience you’ve had

The comedian doesn’t understand that he literally said that he used her to learn sexual stuff that he could then use those ‘techniques’ on other women, that’s very hurtful in so many ways, it’s not a joke at all.
That poor, poor girl. She was stalked, belittled, and harassed, and he has the audacity to try and play the victim?? God, I'd be scarred forever, I just hope she's able to live some semblance of a normal life now with real, genuine people who actually treat her like she has feelings
How can he say she’s in “another relationship already” after 9 months... + NINE MONTHS OF JUST STALKING HER??? That’s so scary
especially considering they were only together for six??
he was stalking her for 9 months and she was in a relationship during the same 9 months. not 18 months.
@blau woods either way, the way that this show is clearly trying to normalize this behavior is ridiculous. that's arguably worse than the behavior itself.
I don't really know if it's scary, it's just sad.
No wait yeah it is pretty scary,
can we talk about the fact that the guy said “she’s openly bisexual, and i’m half a virgin” as if those two things have ANYTHING to do with each other
literally- some people think that just cause they're bi that they sleep around and that they have double the experience , it's honestly gross
Obviously this means that dude wants to get pegged.
Yeah that's a really annoying thing people believe; 'bisexuals are sex fiends.'
She slept with the tinderella host after choosing "Brian" and then the main guy who she dated for six months, also he said she dated girls back to back so this has nothing to do with bisexuals she actually sleeps around a ton
that literally doesn't change that direct comparison he made, he could've said she's more sexually active and that he's half a virgin, her sexuallity is completely irrelevant to the subject + mentioning it at all when talking about how promiscuous someone is spreads false stereotypes that create more biphobia
He's literally emotionally abusive, that poor girl
Re-watching this video, you can SEE in Ross’s eyes that he thought Holly was going to choose to stay in contact. He only chose “ghost” to try and get her to beg him to come back. But she said “ghost” and you can see in his eyes “oh fuck”

very weird how the cult girl called her girlfriend "a sister to share this with"
I feel like they don’t understand that “Catfished” works because catfishing is always a dick move, whereas ghosting is sometimes a dick move, but sometimes incredibly justified - and if it’s the second you aren’t going to find out until after you’ve already exposed somebody’s personal life and humiliated them on national television 😬😬😬
Ghosting is nowhere as bad as catfishing. People have reasons ☠️
yeah especially if you blocked someone.
@@jasmineprime7422 the only justifiable reason I can think of is you’re very self conscious and hate your identity so you decide to change it just for a little bit every day. You try to convince someone else that this charade you keep up is real. Then you break their heart because you’ve built a relationship with them through texting and you can’t expose your true personality and appearance.
@@jasmineprime7422 It's betraying someone's trust, lying and manipulation vs dodging potential danger, fear of confrontation and anxiety. You get the point ☠️
@@jasmineprime7422 Oh yeah I do agree. Both of them are terrible nonetheless. Although there's no valid reason for catfishing, ghosting has some. But then again, it's more common to be ghosted than catfished. Some people, if not in a danger situation should def give closure before parting ways cause *That. Shit. Hurts* lol.
for real though, besides being a dumb show, Ghosted is a way for entitled and possibly harmful people to track down exes who had a right to leave them. Like imagine if someone ghosted a person because they started to not feel safe in the relationship, so they blocked them and ran in order to protect themselves. Then imagine that the person who was ghosted used this show to find them. Who knows what could happen after filming wraps.

They dated for 6 months. I do not think time is the perfect indicator on the strength of the relationship.
But still, how can you hold a flame for some one you have not seen longer than you were actually together?
Reality shows are notorious for editing footage out of context and coercing people to say/do things they don’t want to
Maybe she meant her dad?
The fact that they made the moral of this show “ghosting is bad” as opposed to “stalking is bad” is so telling. I don’t care that these shows are super poorly staged, why send this kind of message to viewers??
I was seeing red flags when he said he went behind her back to get her email after he was originally rejected
Exactly, I'm currently being stalked by my abusive ex, and I genuinely got really pissed off when I heard that, really not a good message, it took me way too long to build up the courage to ghost, often people, especially women have no other choice but to ghost / block, for their safety and the fact that they basically put the blame on them is so fucked
If they had the moral be "stalking is bad" then they'd have to admit that their own show is bad since it's built off of stalking someone lmao
the way they told her that she ‘learned her lesson’ when she didn’t do a single thing wrong. she was 100% the victim, not him, this is so disgusting
I love how upset the producers looks like "OMG the girl doesn't want to be in a toxic relationship????" and the guy just looks like doesn't understand what a toxic relationship is.
I knew this dude was creepy from the beginning like they met because he stalked her. They made eye contact and suddenly he felt entitled to find her personal information so he can talk with her even though she clearly pick someone else. He then gets upset when he found out that she slept with some other guy before they even dated, he gives off major creepy stalker vibes. When he couldn’t stalk her anymore he then found a camera crew who would. This poor girl dodged a bullet by ghosting him, hope she doing well cause this whole thing is traumatizing

To let him be the one to reject her likely gave him a feeling of power, a feeling of victory after HE messed up. He shouldn't have had any of these interactions with her. @@ghostly7139 lots of women have self confidence issues or have trouble saying no. Plus, it's easy to say "she could've just said no" when you're a outsider looking in.
I feel like there's been a big "anti-ghosting" movement the past couple of years, and it's always really bothered me. For the most part, I agree that ghosting can be hurtful & ideally, it's better to try communication first. And at the same time, it seems like far too many people (like Ross) have twisted this into more toxic/dangerous mindsets like "I am *always* entitled to an explanation for why someone doesn't want to have contact with me anymore, and I don't have to accept the end of this relationship until I get one I understand & agree with."
As I was watching this, I was hopeful that this show might help people see these pitfalls of "anti-ghosting culture." Ross could've spent that 9 months accepting & processing the end of the relationship, self-reflecting, maybe even attending therapy. He didn't need an explanation from Jordan to do any of that. But instead, he spent it obsessing over someone who didn't want any contact with him. Even when he got the explanation he *claimed* he wanted so badly, he didn't even accept it, he continued to refuse to take any accountability & used it as an opportunity to gaslight her. It's no wonder she didn't feel safe telling him why she didn't want to be with him anymore! And yet they still ended the episode with the message that "Jordan shouldn't have ghosted him." What??
Ghosting is a coward's way out. Person ghosting might have closure but other parties don't, it's easier to process with a reason than a mystery. It happened to me before and took six months to get what I did wrong out of my head daily (was April to September 2020, so during lockdown and couldn't go out for obvious reasons) and another six months without it occasionally popping up or asked about. I'd still like to know what happened since it was so good for two years talking with 16 months dating with no disagreements but ultimately I'm too good for her if that's how she'll handle the end. So just end the relationship with understanding is over for both to move on in a healthy way.
@@nickmoney Of course ghosting can be really harmful, but sometimes ghosting is needed in really abusive relationships. The abuser can be manipulative and able to keep the other from leaving or realizing how bad the relationship is. Sometimes, they need to be completely cut off to be escaped.
@@taitia8619 If it's an abusive relationship or manipulative one then ghosting won't help. You just piss them off and you'll never escape them, so if that's the case you need to break up via text or something that can have a paper trail. If you don't and they track you down and something happens to you or your family there is no evidence or cause because you just ghosted them. Usually ghosting happens when they cheat and can't face consequences.
@@nickmoney Abusive doesn't always mean murderous, but I see your point. In those cases, the lack of paper trail can be a problem. But in an emotionally manipulative relationship where there are people who love making their friend/partner/etc feel bad about themselves, who feed off of that, the person being abused needs to get away, any way they can. A friend who will talk shit about you behind your back and never admit it to your face, a family member who will gaslight you until you start to doubt your reality, a partner who will tear you down at any opportunity. Sometimes, these people can't be reasoned with, only escaped.

as someone who has dealt with a stalker (we weren't even dating, we were just friends for 3 weeks) has every social media on private, has to block new accounts he has made for the past year, this show is disgusting and is justifying being a creepy asshole. he needs to move on. i hate that they tried to get them back together, it's showing creeps that if they keep up with harassment that the victim will forgive them, which isn't ok. ghosting is 100% ok. not wanting to talk to someone like that is ok.
Same. I had to "ghost" my ex cause they were an abusive dick, and they still tried stalking me for a year or two after the fact. Had to completely change my online identity just to get them to leave me alone. This shit isn't fun.
Having to block but still watch new accounts trying to contact you is the worst. Like i cannot even have a normal fucking life on social media withouth having a whole lot of anxiety of a creepy jerk trying to spam you with crap. Like i wish i could just act online as I want to, and not as i _have_ to for a creepy guy.
Thank god we're on different continents but last year i panicked so hard when i opened my personal email (For bank, school and serious stuff only) and found like 4 mails from different GMails but from the same 'stalker' (I don't know if to call him that because we used to be friends for like 7 or 8 months and ended up cutting ties with him for making me feel like shit) trying to gaslight me to talk to him and then cursing and insulting me to no end.
I had no memory of ever giving him that email, and it had my reall full name on it. I'm still so creeped out. Some months ago he found my new discord and messaged me acting like a different person.
Like i can't even know if who i'm talking to isn't him disguised. I genuinely can't trust making new friends or doing anything normal. It sickens me so much though i know it's not as bad as it could be.

As somebody who had to move to get away from a stalker, the whole concept of Ghosted is SO HORRIFYING
I ghosted the person I dated for 2 years because I got sick of the abuse and was genuinely terrified that I'd be killed if I ever went back or talked to her again. If I got tracked down and forced to talk to her, I don't think my mental health would be able to take it.
It's disgusting. And is messing up the minds of girls.
I also had a stalker and he kept bothering me on fb and its one of the reasons why i dont have any social media now other than yt and pinterest. I also ghosted someone ive been talking to for 7months,i just realized i dont like him he was weird af, says rude stuff and insulting without realizing it wtf,he acts like hes so smart
I saw a guy for 5 days & broke things off because he got manipulative and told me "I wasn't ready for a relationship" (??). He proceeded to call my phone numerous times and message me on different apps even after I told him he was scaring me, wait for me outside my uni hall of residence, death stare me & my friends whenever we were in the same eating hall/class, and told all his friends I was a whore. THEN came up to me at the uni ball (I didn't see him coming so that scared the shit out of me) and ask to dance??? I've moved cities and it's been almost 2 years but he's still blocked on everything. I'm scared to think what he would've done if we'd had a thing longer than a week...

Well, coming from someone who's been ghosted and still is by that person, it feels bad obviously when someone you really care about abandons you, (when you're not a weird person like my half virgin friens over here), for normal people like us, say for example with me, my friend of 3 years just started ghosting me, obviously I'm gonna feel guilty and responsible when it might not even be a me problem, or at least thats what some mutual friends have told me, and im gonna want answers as to why this happened, obviously im not gonna stalk them but its gonna take a mental toll on me
@@ronaldromero7364 well yeah I've been ghosted and blocked by ppl without knowing why but that's their choice, that's what they did to benefit themselves I'd rather move on then be selfish and force them to tell me exactly why they distanced themself from me

@@Alexdawaffwe it doesnt matter if its fake, its endorsing stalking your ex and forcing them to tell you why they ghosted you.
The way they framed it like “she learned not to ghost people anymore ;)” irritates me so much. She had every right to not want to speak to him.
That dude seems like a venerable narcissist. The girl probably didn't know how to socialise with someone that's socially manipulative. I agree that she probably didn't wanna be on the show at first, however I suspect she got paid for it and a chance to be on telly isn't that bad a deal. I thought the crew handled her pretty well actually.....that dude however, he got thrown under the bus like hot garbage.
So to be fair, if she had been emotionally mature enough to communicate like an adult with the person she was dating....none of that mishegoss would have occurred. Antisocial behaviours like "ghosting" someone is problematic in relationships and should be a red flag. The dude was (essentially) stalking her. I'm not saying she's entirely at fault, only that she was 50% of the problem there.

like, no! you don't get to choose whether or not you hurt someone, that's not your thing to decide! like it can be the dumbest thing to you but it doesn't matter, you can't just un-upset someone
This guy seems to want everyone to believe the comedy was no big deal and that he didn't know it was gonna be offensive to her... but he went out of his way to hide it specifically from her? He knew what he was doing lmao
It reminds me of that spongebob ep where he made fun of squirrels
If he didn’t hide it from her then it may look more like he’s just dumb. The fact he hid it sows he knew wth he was doing.
Right! Abusive people almost always know what they are doing is reprehensible. That's why they always try so hard to trick their victims into thinking it's no big deal. "It was just a joke!" He said. But...who was the punchline???
Secrecy is a red flag! Abusive folks try to hide the heinous stuff they're doing that affects others. They don't want to face the consequences, secrecy helps them avoid responsibility!
When they FaceTime her at the end she basically says “ya I learned that vulnerability is something that will do nothing but hurt me and from now on I will put up walls that will limit all my future relationships:)” like girl they HURT her
Yeah, they actually try to shame her for doing the right thing and cutting a toxic little shit out of her life.
Bruh that type of thinking is toxic, that mindset isn't gonna work becuz relationships are all about trust, I get why she feels like that though she didn't want a guy making sex jokes about her but vulnerability is something that hurts us all, it's part of being in a relationship, you know your risking getting hurt Everytime you get in a relationship
nothing wrong with ghosting tbh,it could be healthier to avoid than to confront, who knows what he would have done/said to her.
@@akkoismydaughter3573 those of us who have been hurt repeatedly are aware of that.
We also know that trusting has gotten us hurt and that it will keep happening if we continue doing what we're doing.
I have the same mindset as this woman. I keep others at a distance until they earn my trust, and that is not easy.
If I try to change and be more trusting and get hurt again, I will go into a very dark place mentally. The past few years have been very hard for me and my family and I've had to fight to keep myself together so I can earn a living and support us, rather than have a breakdown.
I am not going to change. This is what works for me. If someone doesn't want to put in time and work to get me to trust them, they can look for someone who's had an easier life.
@@janeeyre1990 First of all, I get where your coming from cuz there aren't many you can trust nowadays, and you should never fully trust somebody, atleast not until you seen their best and worst. At the same time, never let horrible men of your past change how you treat the men of your future.
There ain't nothing wrong with keeping your distance from people you invest in, but do you want someone to be in a relationship with the fake you or real you. You can't build with someone if you don't know what type of wood they are using. If you want someone to accept you for who you are, how are they gonna do that if they don't know what makes you who you are. At some point your gonna have to tell them who you are... It's fine if it takes a while, infact it should, it shouldn't have to be that you automatically trust your partner in the beginning unless your good friends
Had she not told him anything those jokes on sexuality he made probably still would have been said, and she'd still be offended but have no right to feel offended then. But rather he'd say it again or not, shouldn't matter. I highly doubt he made those jokes to take advantage of her vulnerability. She says she learned to put walls up but it's all becuz of jokes he made about her being freaky, not about her being sexually harassed. Her putting walls up was clearly out of emotions. Nothing wrong with emotions but it can't be the driving force out of reaction
As a bi person, I can confirm that we only date half virgins and call everyone daddy.
I've been stalking my ex for years and I didn't know all I needed was MTV help to get her back! I'm gonna keep going! Thanks MTV

I was think about the same thing, this guys sucks
Yea what thr hell
I'm genuinely so confused about the "half a virgin" thing though. They both made references to their sex life together, so Ross did have sex with her, so in what way is he any percentage of a virgin? Like what did he even mean by that?
His comments are so confusing. The straight brain truly is fascinating.
@@J_Lynn why are people just shaming people for being straight now. Like obviously it's not a big deal, straight people are less marginalized than other sexualities, but it's still a very harmful mindset to associate sexuality with personality
This is probably staged but that doesn't change the fact that people like these exist. People who have suffered having a toxic stalker, people who think stalking and harassing their crush will make them fall in love with them. This show is portraying horrible and toxic real life situations but instead of denouncing them it excuses them and makes them seem innocent and romantic. It's disgusting.
