Do yourself a favour and check the live version of Oroborus at Eurockeens concert. Just do it for yourself. The emotion they put in that one is again out-standing. His vocals at the end are so god damn powerful. The end of the track btw is leading into Toxic Garbage Island. There is someone suggesting A sight to behold, if you do so, please watch the live version at vieilles charrues. It’s different but i like it. If i can suggest you two others, is ocean planet and Love, both at the Rio concert. Remember that Gojira sounds great in the studio, but these are live guys. Enjoyed the reaction. Keep them comin!
The 3rd Chemical Brother completely agree Brother, brother. The live version 2009 (?) is one of the best songs I’ve ever heard live, in 50 years, period. Check it out.

Your intro is nice. Oroborus is tremendous, even more live. I love the live aux Eurockéennes. It brings great life compared to the flat studio version after hearing the live version. This song has great riffs. The last one is pretty amazing
Incredible track. One of their finest. Great reaction also. I would highly recommend you listen to the live versions of this song also. There's one on CZcams from 2009 (Live at Garorock), which is Oroborous followed by The Heaviest Matter of The Universe to kick off the concert. Video is 10:06 minutes long. You'll dig the hell out of the power and energy on that one, especially if you thought the album version was impassioned. Live is where its at for Gojira
Gojira - Esoteric Surgery
Not sure if you read comments on old vids, but I came across the reason we like Joe's voice so much on studio tracks. They put clean vocals under the growls to make them sound more emotional. It's a genius move, albeit simple. That said, many fans, myself included enjoy watching live versions as much if not more than studio.
