    Beautiful!!! I would change that 1 to a 5 in memory of Carlin.

    It’s amazing that they can give a bike such an aggressive look. The front end is like an Apex looking for a hunt.

      Great comment: but may I add, "more likely a hunter looking for an Apex".

    Awesome bike, but far away too too expensive... unaffordable for most people...
    Thanks for the the video, it´s great.

    This has me seriously thinking about trading in KTM Super Duke 1290 R for a Pikes Peak. Awesome job on the video!

    Booked mine a month ago at Nashville. Still waiting assuming will be delivered in May next month. 😔

    I'm getting one!
    I doubt there will be a comparable electric Ducati equivalent for a few years. I am going to ride one of these until then. 😃👍

    Question
    If I wanted heated grips /seat and hand guards. Is this dealer installed or ordered from factory?
    Not sure why they left these comforts out on a 30k bike .

      Not quite bud. Curb weight of a 2022 BMW 1250 GS Adventure is 591 lbs and wheelbase is 59.2". The curb weight of a 2022 Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak is 527 lbs and wheelbase is 62.8".

    I called a week or two ago and the parts person told me you won't have the race exhaust until approximately 5/25 or so. Do you now have it in stock?

  • @NorCalSaint
    @NorCalSaint Před rokem

    Great final touch would be if they allowed you to pick what number you wanted on the front fairings. Love the range on my 1260 Enduro but the V4 Pikes Peak is still my overall favorite.

    • @mrkang4080
      @mrkang4080 Před rokem

      I find the number ruins the entire livery... wish I could peel off the number, cause it's perfect otherwise.

      @@mrkang4080 - I do like to usually keep things simple but since the PPs name is related to a race I think it fits

    Questions: will it support the kit to lower the bike a couple of cm, like the standard Multi? Also, I assume this does not support the new pre-load functionality of the standard V4, does it? Thanks

    • @AMSDucatiDallas
      @AMSDucatiDallas  Před 2 lety

      The Multi V4 Pikes Peak can accept the lowered seats and kit just like the other Multi V4/V4S 👍

    Hey guys, quick question. For the preload settings on this bike, how do the numbers correspond with weight? For example, if I'm 165 lbs, what would be the ideal preload setting for me? Thanks in advance.

    Are the plastic bags pretty durable.

    • @AMSDucatiDallas
      @AMSDucatiDallas  Před 2 lety

      Very. We have seen customer bikes after wrecking at highway speeds hold up to serious grind and still open/function perfectly.

  • @JesusAlleineRettet
    @JesusAlleineRettet Před rokem

    I have an issue with paying more than the V4S Full and no heated grips, no heated seat, no race red brembos like you have setup on this bike in this video, no tpms, and so on, all extra with that price. Doesn’t make sense to me buying this bike for 7k more than the V4S Full. I think Ducati is trying to find the drawing line where customers closing their wallets.

      Sorry to hear that Scott. We do know that availability will be tight on these beauties. Our suggestion is to stay on your dealer and get a clear idea of who is in front of you on their delivery list and when those bikes are able to be seen in transit / en route to your dealer.
