The red copper pan, you can never cook above medium. Otherwise everything will stick for ever more.

@@nexelray3207 where I'm from, the burners get to around 800F or higher, and most nonstick pans are not nonstick above 500F. Most average people put it on HIGH to get the pan hot, and break it on the first use.Baking doesn't usually go over 500F.
