Unlike the past videos from Banjaiga, the camera work is unimpressive in this one.
This is an architectural video. Even if the presenters don't point out or focus on anything or more than one thing in a particular space, the video must still show a full view of the space the presenters are in. A quick sweep of the room would be enough.

Every house is excellent architecture ❤
You expect better presentation than average property dealer putting up a video. Somehow the emphasis is on these 'experts' yapping away rather than showing the layout of the house. It would be interesting to know what is the energy expenditure in these open and lighted floor plans. Otherwise seems like beauty in simplicity.

Why I donot see residences with stained polished concrete as flooring options and stained concrete or lime in toilet/bathroom floors and walls instead of tiles and marble. This lime and concrete is low cost and long lasting. It was quite common in karachi’s old homes!
i think currently we dont have many experts giving these services as it hasnt been common since many years. But def see a rising demand now

Didn't like the video explanation at all. There should be only one person explaining about the house and the use of word 'interesting' rather than describing the original use of architecture is very unimpressive. Try to face the camera while explaining the house.

Presenter's have overly casual and lousy presentation style. Could be more polished. Your earlier videos were much better shot and presented
The finishing is average. It's an ok house,nothing great about the architecture.

What an expensive waste of space.
these guys had no other adjective besides "interesting" to describe the attributes of this house. Absolutely annoying. These episodes need to be scripted. This house is not practical for pakistan. The amount of windows, the open spaces especially the kitchen. This is great for western countries where there is central air, where they dont mind having their help move about in the owners spaces and where materials are of good quality so things won't break down. In Pakistan, stick to what's local. Pathetic reality. Help cannot move about, seepage issues, plumbing issues, climate will not support open spaces, a.c. splits required throughout, electrical issues, water issues. This country is full of issues.
