A contemporary residential project that is designed to transform the lifestyle of a suburban family upgrading to a contemporary setting on this 470 sq yard plot on the outskirts of Delhi NCR.
Designed by rat[LAB] Studio with simple yet elegant gestures allow a cost-controlled project to create a high value impact.
Double-height spaces, green courtyards, light wells and a gently fluidic facade that merges with the landscape, are some of the key features of the residential project that currently under construction and shaping up beautifully.
The play of sharp angles in spatial planning due to narrow proportions of the site, faceted wedges in facade, integrated with a 25 feet tall contemporary-style colonnade creates a grandeur in a modern look bungalow. The architecture is pure, geometric and has a unique play of volumes that seamlessly flows into interior spaces.
