It's all nice but how energy efficient are these houses? Considering that it's HOT 8 months of the year and electricity is really expensive. Ever heard of geo thermal and ZERO emission ? Also Japanese climate is very different and they don't have large families like ours. Less said about the ZEN thing the better.

স্থাপনাটা সত্যিই অনেক সুন্দর। আমাদের উপমহাদেশের ঐতিহ্য, স্থাপত্যরীতি ও দর্শন - সবকিছুকেই এক অঙ্গে সফলভাবে ধারণ করে আছে বাড়িটি। বিশেষ করে বাড়িটিতে স্থানীয় সামগ্ৰীর ব্যবহার দেখে অনেক ভালো লাগলো। বিষয়টা অনেক হতাশাজনক যে বর্তমান বিশ্বের অধিকাংশ স্থাপত্য বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়গুলো প্রাচীন ও মধ্যযুগীয় স্থাপত্যরীতি ও নির্মাণ কৌশল শিক্ষা দেয় না। দ্বিতীয় বিশ্বযুদ্ধের পর থেকে মডার্নিস্ট ও মিনিমালিস্ট স্থাপত্যরীতির আগ্ৰাসন নগরজীবনকে করে তুলেছে ভয়ানক হতাশা-জর্জরিত ও যান্ত্রিক। এখন এটি সময়ের দাবী আধুনিক ও ঐতিহ্যবাহী স্থাপত্যরীতির সমন্বয় করে এই বিষণ্ন যান্ত্রিকতা, কৃত্রিমতার বদলে শহরের মাঝে প্রাণের সঞ্চার করা।

it’s a real masterpiece Masha ALLAH i luv the idea such peace I felt looking at it, specially using all local materials and style Subhan ALLAH....a kind suggestion to make small scale houses with such amazing architectural ideas where people will enjoy in their normal lives please look into this…we have such brilliant people they should come up with this idea….one more thing please do always share how much a real cost comes for such amazing house from construction to the end of the house this will also help people to set their minds for home construction 💖🙏🙂
