Adnan Ghazi should do more house tours like this. His explanation and delivery is top notch.
Truly impressive, kudus to Kamil Saab, he sure has preserved and continued the Mughal style architecture, hope more Muslim architect makes this style of buildings in Pakistan to celebrate and commemorate our deep Islamic history of the subcontinent.
I loved this design!
Feels like an escape from dystopian robot lifestyle.
Feels like being one with tradition, nature and harmony.
Oh I was waiting for kitchen and bathrooms.
I like your guest analysis, didn't like the gate that was too flashy but overall really amazing work of Pakistan
I am writing from Farrukhabad in Uttar Pradesh India.
Ask Kamil shb to be thankful to Jinnah for making a nation where he got an opportunity to express his creativity in structures. Warna kisi Sharma and Sons (architects) ke office me draftsman hotey. Na Islamabad hota na itney rich Muslims exists kartey.
Kamil shb has done a great job, and the owner needs to be complimented for spending and keeping the traditional construction alive.
Scores of such buildings and even bigger ones lie in ruins here in my district. The owners kept getting poorer and are now reduced to driving rickshaws.
Thank you for writing a kind comment. Bhai agar ap ijazat dyn tu ap bata skty k Indian Muslims ka Pakistan aur Jinnah k bary mn kia khialat hn?
Kabhi kabhi hymn lagta k shayed agar partition na hoti tu financially yaha k log financially ziada behtar hoty.
Kia India k Muslims wish krty k Pakistan migrate kr gaye hoty tu best tha?
Mr adnan is just throwing fancy words. No explanation just words. Subtle, monumental, amazing, neat, brightens, lightens, etc etc
🤣🤣🤣
You haven't shown the basement, kitchen and bathrooms
The uniformity in the theme and mode and geometric balance is remarkable. MashaAllah. A very well done job indeed.
Beautiful house I’m glad a modern architect has used our traditional floors windows jharokas sun lit courtyard ,it validates that we do not necessarily need to copy west
Beauty with having cultural theme. Its so beautiful. MASHALLAH
Architect bhai sahib ko 2 words bht achay yaad hen, humble and subtle 😅
It looks like a dream house ❤❤❤
It's good to see these kinda of buildings
AOA. Banjaiga ki team ko professional camera man along with representable presenter k sath video banani chahye. poor camera work and lack of direction in all of your videos except Kamil Ali agha sb wali . Please consider this comment for the betterment of this channel. In these type of houses, I think voice over with some expert clips will make it much better. Regards
Exactly, the presenter to the guest , ‘hamary leye ap ka time bra wo hy’. Bara wo hy keya?
Agree
Ceiling has brought some crispy details. Joyful. Broke monotony of brick can be seen as an ornament among the main theme. Amazing 🙌🏾🇵🇰
This is quite literally the most gorgeous house I've ever seen!
Amazing 😍❤ beautiful
Outstanding house highly appreciated
MashaAllah....made me travel in past ...what a Nostalgic classic piece of amazing art work.....
We had an ancestral home like this built by my grandfather in the early 1900. Tall ceilings and definitely did not need invertors!
Mashaallah very stunning home but the most beautiful thing make me proud the hanging 🇵🇰
Thank you banjaiga team. Shared such a lovely project of Sir Kamil Khan Mumtaz. Its a master piece. ❤best wishes to owners.
Masha'Allah
Tge main gate is out of place. It should have been rustic or antique. The shiny chrome elements are out of sync.
A masterpiece ,wonderful
Wonderful ❤️ work thanks
Brilliant! Enjoyed the presentation thoroughly.
It's simply amazing
Amazing and unique, truely talented.
What a amazing work🎉
Bohat hi zabardast ghar ha
From outside do simple but inside wow❤
Great to see such amazing dome work being done by the labourers in a house space. You should include a few clips of the houses during construction phase as well to create an understanding of the skeleton and grey structure for educational purposes and to credit the labourers, who tirelessly build our houses without much appreciation or reward to make their own house as well one day!
Beautiful❤
Nicely explained by Adnan ghazi
Wow super
Wonderful
One humble suggestion ..plz enlighten the viewers about dimension of space..no doubt kamil sb s work is amazing.
Rooms measurement must be discussed. Servent quarter also in discussion for more clarity of idea.
Overall MashaAllah …
Beside the tv seemed lost looked shabby build a niche for it , and devolp a system for windows to close and open automatically at certain time , who will close them … for hours
Old is gold really good 👍
This is not old. They have made it with retro vibe.
اسکو کہتے ہیں گھر ❤
Incomplete intro in 37 minutes. Wow
Make the videos of just ten minutes but complete. Thanks
I would agree with Adnan that the ceiling art is a little too bright to blend in with the general mode. Raised dado and skirting fashioned from the bricks would have added to the aesthetics I believe.
Did they mention how much did it cast to built whole building, and how much they charge for designing,,,anyone plz reply if you hv any idea,,thanks
How much area is used in this house I mean kanals?
imagine star gazing while sitting on that dom
Can u introduce Mr. Hassan Gardezi. Where is he exactly from.
This house looks really pleasant from outside but tbh coming inside it was so busy it would give you a headache , they could have kept it a bit simple they used some really dull bland interior colours on the floors and ceiling, it really didnt feel homely . Felt like a museum they could of used some very pretty colours on the flooring but was so basic and uninteresting bland shades. Furniture was just thrown in no thought on the aesthetics and use of colours or positioning of furniture , I would hav e kept the foyer floor plain and just have a center mosiac design n the middle and used blues, greens they should paint some of the walls in a vivid shade so it ties in as the bland brown shade over shadows everything. less is more. Here they stuffed what ever design they could.
App ka time hamere leyae vo hain😂😂
اس گھر کا سائز کا بھی بتا دینا تھ
Time Bara wo hai. What does that mean?
The main door does not fit the aesthetics of the house.
Wrong spelling for peek.
😛
Washroom?
This design is not recommended for general housing. It seems that energy efficiency, insulation and blending with the surroundings is compromised. Don't know about materials used in the structure and their strengths and durability. External finish absorb heat making it inefficient and high on maintenance.
Yes, with people who can afford may enjoy this luxury.
Dusting and painting is going to a chore in this house. With a house like this one has to encourage their children to focus greater energy on cleaning and organising before studying. It'd spare them less time. Love the double height ceiling with the low diving fans. Not a major fan of the chandelier though. I would have much prefered the wooden gothic type lights used in some church buildings. Or perhaps some metal paint glazed lights to compliment the fans. With all the high widows and waist high bannisters makes this beautiful place not entirely child safe. Parents and elders would be take extra care to keep kids from falling from hight.
The high up window in the guest room is tempting to throw something like water or something on the unsuspecting guests.
You never mentioned the use of sandstone inside the house to match the bricks outside.
Aesthetics is 9.5
Practicality 6
In my viewpoint.
Architect made a blunder. House is of ancient look, but Gate is of Steel. Its not matching.
Hasan Gardezi you need to increase your architectural vocabulary - your vague descriptions makes me think you are a layman like me
Glossy steel in the gate looks very ugly.
gloss will go away in a year
Bricks are beautiful. But house looks like a small castle or prison with small windows. Old 17 or 18th century architecture. I wouldn't like to live in this gothic house. Very depressing
Interesting perspective!
I actually loved this design very much, feels like an escape from dystopian, robot home lifestyle. But it's always good to hear other perspectives as well.
This white shirt guy is si annoying using same word again and again 😂
Ew itna ganda ghar🤢
Same old problem with Banjaiga videos. We don't mind listening to these experts (mostly blabber), but don't need to focus on their faces. Pathetic videography!
Fazool guest, please kisi senior architect ko invite kiya kren jisko kam ka pata b ho
Poor man’s Mughal style
I have been looking for a long time for this type of construction, which it gives us a simple & old living satisfaction Thanks to Kamil SB for the revival of Mughal Art ❤ www.youtube.com/@BiGEyeProductionPakistan
