- Time for the 2nd Episode of our Sunday News update! This week we take a look at a player getting banned for being able to move their cursor too accurately, as well as the ebbs and flows of the trading post.
We won't 't only look at the market movers, but also viable methods on how you can farm these and make the most out of your week! This week one of my videos ( • More GOLD, Same Effort... ) caused the price of a Glyph to skyrocket, so we'll discuss whether it's still worth buying this!

1250 strikes to pay off is really quick, especially since you can use them in lv 80 regions. Checking the ones on fast farming the best is ~7000 gathers.... in a lv 1-20 zone :D
I agree, they'd still be worth it for me, if I didn't have 3 copies already.
Is it more interesting than volatile magic tools?
@@Warrioris46 They have the ability to out earn volatile tools if you mainly farm mithril/elder wood. You can check their impact on what you gather here: wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Glyph_of_the_Crucible
They're 1/20th of the cost of volatile tools, so keep that in mind as well.

Could you clarify one thing for me? I tried out the mussel farm route from Tekkit, just like you suggested. I assume the 12 minutes duration is when you only do the Heart of Thornes part of the route? Because Tekkit told me to go do the route in PoF as well and it took me roughly 30 minutes to do the entire thing. At the end i had farmed 144 Mussels, 3 Freshwater Pearls and 2 Pieces of Mother-of-Pearl. So where exactly does the 12 gold profit come from? If I sold everything I just farmed I wouldn't even have made 4 gold in 30 minutes.
It's somewhat RNG dependent, I've had runs where I barely got half that number, and others where I had double. I am running Glyph of Bounty + the Item Booster, of course. But overall, things usually tend to even out. Reaching the 15 minute mark (or lower as listed on [fast]) is incredibly challenging and required some alt parking for me.
If you'd like to add in some mussel farming, but not subject yourself to RNG for your total GPH, it's definitely worth doing Bloodstone Fen and Dragon's Stand, while doing other gathering routes until the hour passes and you can repeat them.
I hope SAB has world 3 this year. Its the only thing in gw2 that interests me atm.

I am shocked anyone still thinks farming Kryptis Rifts is good gold. Did I miss something? Kryptis Rifts barely made 20 gold per hour back when motivations sold for way more than they do today. I would be shocked if Kryptis Rifts give more than 10 gold per hour nowadays.
I generally find the weekly ones worth it, as I still require a good amount of T1-3 essences. If you can convince someone else top open T2 or 3 rifts, you could wage your luck with the unstable motivations. When running a squad, we usually had one drop every 9 rifts or so, while clearing 11-12 per hour.
